I had a confusing interaction where I received different (more expensive) quotes than what is available in the app. And they did a very poor job explaining it. They said I still had 2.5 months left on my airtime but didn't present me with the option of paying it off early which I know you can do on the app and they gave me device quotes greater than what was on the app. Ultimately they said it's cheaper for me to come back in three months (which is true) but they weren't really helpful in exploring other options which I now know are available by simply going through the three app. I was looking for an early upgrade but at this point I know you get better new customer deals elsewhere, so given the interaction I think I'd rather leave.

After being through a fraud scam, Nasim has put my mind at ease and took the weight off my shoulders and has gone above and beyond to help install Bitdefender to protect my phone against scammers again. Amazing service.

I’m not techie but 3 was.
As a novice with technology I was hesitant to change my phone and provider. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how easy it was. Being met by a friendly staff member, I was assured all would be well and she would help me through it.
It was all done with efficiency and the explanations were answered in layman’s terms for me.
I purchased a super Samsung A17 that is a delight to use. The phone is excellent value and I was helped in choosing a cover too. Thank you 3 for great service, I’ll be recommending you to my friends!
