Sickening had internet cancelled it straight away cancelled it instantly not have a missed payment on my file after I contacted multiple times about the bills horrible all recorded

I went into the Three store in Leeds today to get a SIM for my sister, we had this most patient and kind assistant - Eric. He was so accommodating and supportive in the whole ordeal, even after hitting a few bumps and errors. Thank you for all your support today, we greatly appreciated it!!! Will always stay with Three for reasons such as this :)

Scammed in store, ignored by Three for 4 months*
Walked into Three for a phone. Staff upgraded my contract WITHOUT CONSENT and took a £58 first installment for the phone. Tried to return it immediately - they said no. Complained and finally they agreed to reverse the upgrade if I returned the phone. I did. Three kept the phone, kept my £58, AND my money. Been charging me £38 instead of £18 for 4 MONTHS despite promising to revert my contract. I’ve made 10–15 calls to their helpline complaining and got zero positive response. Customer service does nothing. This is financial abuse. Stay far away from Three. 1 star.
