I WAS MET WITH A VERY POLITE & PROFESSIONAL JAMIE WHO CHECKED ME IN. GRAHAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL, HE SHOWED ME TO THE COURTESY CAR, MOVED BAGS FROM MY CAR TO COURTESY CAR AND MADE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE BEFORE DRIVING AWAY. MY SERVICE, MOT & WINDOW REPAIR WERE DONE BY 3.30PM. WHEN I COLLECTED MY CAR JAMIE WAS EQUALLY AS HELPFUL AND MOVED BAGS BACK INTO MY CAR. BOTH JAMIE AND GRAHAM ARE A CREDIT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT HYAUNDI :)

Hyundai made contact well in advance of my MOT & annual service being due. This gave me good opportunity to schedule it in with minimum worry of fitting it in!

Olivia assisted us today. Such a lovely professional lady.

Olivia was very accommodating and customer service was spot on, what was a lengthy problem, Olivia made it go away, she booked quickly and kept me informed throughout. Fingers crossed its fixed but have no worries if I need to go back as Olivia has said to let her know if I have any further issues she will do her best to get it in ASAP

Just had a body shop repair on a scrape on the door on my Tucson due to be being slightly closer to an iron gate than I thought I was! The service I have had from them has been superb, with a courtesy car delivered and my car collected due to my circumstances at the time. Final finish was perfect, couldn't have been better and the service was courteous and informative at all times.

From the start, Jamie in the service dept of Hyundai, welcomed me with a smile, confirmed time for a while you wait service. The time anticipated was beaten by 30mins, much to my satisfaction. Pleasant throughout. Nice experience.

Had new tyres replaced at very short notice , very impressed that Jamie booked the car in at short notice and only a short wait for the new tyres, will be using toomeys to maintain my car in the future

Excellent service from Jamie. Was easy to get a convenient appointment when I called, online check in was efficient and allowed me to specify exactly what needed looking at and the work was completed really quickly. Will be back for all future servicing.

Great service today for my car's service. A special mention to Jamie on reception, who made the whole drop-off and collection process nice and easy.

Jamie was more than hopeful and made my experience there a lot smoother whilst waiting for my car. He was more than helpful and provided a service beyond any expectation. I am so happy that I have chosen toomey. The staff within the showroom were extremely receptive and accommodating as well as the service team who done an amazing job in the repair of my car.
