I first set up my business using iZettle but moved across to Transax following a recommendation by a friend and I have to say that I haven't looked back! My account manager is Steven Sidney and he has saved me a small fortune in bank charges. He is always professional and quick to respond to emails and messages if ever I have any queries. Stephen has also arranged for funds to clear my business bank on the same day that they are received - this has proved to be invaluable when reconciling my accounts. Thank you Steven!

I was visited by Danny Mistretta in our shop in Sandgate Road Folkestone, and I found him to be both very friendly and professional. He expertly ran through what rates and services were available from Transax. Comparing these rates to Barclaycard (whom we'd been using for over 7 years) I found Transax rates to be significantly cheaper. We have now been using Transax for several months and my savings have been around 40%. I am very happy with the service Transax, and Danny, have given me.

I was contacted by Danny Mistretta from Transax to see if I would be interested in switching to Transax from another supplier. Danny talked me through the the lower rates that Transax were offering and I pretty much jumped at it the next day. excellent service from Mohammad who came in to see me and give me a quotation for a wireless card machine.
spoke to him and told him what i needed and he made a bespoke package for me with some great rates and a discounted card machine.
best thing is i have got my money next day and no longer need to wait 3 - 5 days for my money.
mohammad is good and explained everything to me so now i know exactly what i am paying for.
wouldn't join anyone i don't trust or believe in and this guy came through.

So happy we chose Transax. They pay the funds into our account the next day. Our takings have increased due to impulse buying. Our rep Danny Mistretta was amazing and very knowledgable. We would strongly recommend.

We have not been with Transax for long but our sales rep, Rhys Knight was great, very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been informed that Transax maintains a rolling contract though, and that if you do not notify them, they can renew your contract months before it is due.

I recommend preemptively issuing a cancellation for the end of your contract and getting it in writing.

The best i have used sor far. Your money is in your bank everynight including the weekends.

Mohamed came in a couple of times to see me and 1st i said leave because loads of people come and annoy me.
Mohamed was very nice and polite and i then decided to see if he could do anything for me which he did and saved me money which i am happy about.
He was very professional and very good at explaining everything to me and will mention my recommendation to anyone looking for a card machine to speak to Mohamed

We are a small business and closed our shop 2 years ago which meant we no longer required our card machine. Our contract was rolled over however and despite us no longer having the machine FIS / Transax are unwilling to let us out of our contract without paying the extra 3 years left on it in full or £45.20 per month for a service we no longer receive from them. We have contacted them several times with regards to this. Our advise would be, be very wary of this company and keep an eye on your contract as they won't let you out early if you close down or go out of business !!!!

Mohammed popped into my store in Wolverhampton, he mentioned he could save me money and get my money to me faster than my current supplier many came and failed to do so but Mohammed managed to actually saved me 30% off my bills and got my money to me next day instead of 5 days.
Months on he still is in touch with me, whenever I have a query he is always on the other side of the phone highly recommended for his service

Mohamed came and sorted our business in Rugeley. He was extremely polite and he had a very proffesional attitude. He came and help with the instalation and even after , he was always available to us with advice on how to use the machine. Highly recommend

Very good service and friendly staf

I have recently changed from Worldpay to Transax and couldn't be more delighted with the service i have received. Steve is a real live person who came and visited me in the shop for the initial consultation and then on the change over day. He is always on the end of the phone and it is such a relief to have someone who genuinely seems to care about customer service. I highly recommend both Steve and Transax and am also saving money.
