Excellent service from the onset. Matthew Wickham popped in to see me a couple of weeks after I opened up my shop and was exceptionally friendly and professional. I decided to sign up to Transax as they had extremely competitive rates and amazing customer service. I have not been disappointed. I recommend this company and it's staff to anyone I meet who is opening up a new business, or needs to change their merchant provider.

Katie Harrison was professional and friendly on behalf of Transax - what more could you ask for - the service is in early days but has been seamless and efficient so far.

This company claimed to have automatically renewed my contract for 4 years without my express agreement despite the fact that i had previously advised of my intention not to renew. it is a sharp practise that is a disgrace let alone that i had said i don't want to renew it. They are now trying to claim 4 years of charges because i have moved to a cheaper provider. i have taken my case to the Financial Ombudsman. Watch this company like a hawk.

I’ve been with transax for almost a year, moving from Worldpay, Danny Mistratta the rep was very helpful, I’ve got much better rates and for a small business the option of next day payments really helps with cash flow, I would highly recommend these to everyone I know in business.

The representative, Jay, offered a much better deal than we had, but when we looked deeper into it the discount was actually less, but not by much.
However, what caught my eye was the fact that the funds go straight into the bank the following day, as opposed to 3-4 days later with the Card Company we were using at the time.
When you are spending over £50,000 per month, and have no overdraft, getting the money the following day is a "Godsend."
It improved our cash flow, but bearing in mind the discount we had before, and we spend alot of money, this is still a massive plus for us with the speed of access to the funds.

I was very pleased Mr Jay Singh called in. We have had many problems with card machine people before.
Mr Singh and Transax looked after us very well and I would recommend Transax and Mr Singh to any businesses looking for cheaper costs and good service.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Jay for offering us the services of Transax. We were with another card company for a few years but having next day payments is a god send for any business. The application and completion was seamless and easy and Jay was there to help the whole way. I would highly recommend them for any business looking for card services.

Its refreshing to get a person (Steven Sidney) to be so helpful, my last supplier was awful, usual story: pestered me to sign up, even though I told them to stop as my lovely mum was very poorly in hospital, The contract didn't match what had been agreed, it took so many phone calls to get rid of them. (approx 3 months). No customer service what so ever.

Steve helped with the transition, sorted out PPI, installed the machine, called in a few times to make sure all was working well. Any time I need to call Steve he was very helpful.

Honestly change to Transax as soon as you can. The service is like the old days, the customer comes first.

I have recommend Transax to other friends of mine with shops on the high street.. They have signed up

After having huge trouble with outr previous merchant supplier, it was refreshing to deal with Steve Sidney from Transax. Everything was set up very quickly and he even helped us get pci compliment. Very good service

After speaking with all the main merchant services no one could beat what we were currently paying with WorldPay. However, Matt Whickham from Transax was adamant that he could.

After meeting up and going through our previous 2 years invoices within 24 hours he came back with an offer that saved us around £2000 a year, this is from approximately £300k worth of card transactions a year. Considering we were already on a rate that many other Merchant Service providers said they couldn't even match, let alone beat, I was seriously impressed with this.
The fact we also get all funds paid in next day is a real bonus too.

All round Matt really impressed, he did what he said he would do and these days that is a rare thing.

I have since recommended him to other business owners, and all those who have used him have been equally impressed.
