I decided to change my card provider , a rep I was recommended by another businesses gave me their contact details, so I made an appointment with Matthew Wickham and I must amit he was he certainly delivered , not only have I saved at least 35% per month changing to Transax , my payment go into my bank the next day cleared funds.
He also came back and helped me complete my PCI compliance.
I would certainly recommend Matthew Wickham from Transax Merchant Services.

Having recently joined Transax, we would like to say that we received excellent service from Danny Mistretta and subsequently the support team. Although we have only been with them for a short time, the changeover process was smooth and Danny was on-hand to answer queries and assist when needed. The time for money to reach our account has more than halved, as promised, which results in better cash-flow for our business. Thanks to you all.

Great company and the rep Danny Mistretta was fantastic, answered any queries we had on setting up, really knows his stuff! We were a bit of a pain but he went above and beyond to get us set up and has stayed in touch to make sure all is ok, can't praise him enough. We have been using Transax Merchant Services for over a year now. Our local representative Steven Sidney signed us up and I can honestly say we have received an excellent service. On the rare occassion that we have had a problem with one of our terminals Steve has always gone over and above to help us get the issue sorted. Transax have provided us with a great service, cheaper than our previous provider and a friendly, helpful contact (Steve Sidney) if we do have any problems. Great Company.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, tried to renew compliance and password failed couldnt get through on phone, 4 hours at one attempt! got charged £50 as a punishment, not my fault but wont refund set of ~~~~~s will cancel when contract ends in oct. Snotty bS

Very easy to set up to enable us to take card payments, attractive rates and great customer service. Steven Mullaney dealt with our account and he was very polite and helpful and answered all our questions quickly. Will definitely recommend to others.

Don't use them . They have an automatically renewed 4 year CONTRACT which you can only CANCEL on the 4th anniversary. Then you are stuck for 8 years. After 5 years they want £1800 to terminate contract. Unethical.

Easy transition from existing provider. Easy to understand statements; however, online management would be a good feature also

I am very dissatisfied with this company. First they said that the contract will be for 2 years. I signed the contrat but that the sales man came back with contrat for 2 or 3 times and his said that that the was some thing wrong and I no need to read all contrat again so I signed. And this was 4 years contract. And alo sales man said that we will get contact less card terminal but we receive standart one and now to get contact less we have to pay £150.
Just keep away from this company!!!!!!!!!!

I got lucky and read the reviews and did a bit of research. The guy was trying to get everything done extremely fast and even tried to get all my bank and i.d. details so he could cancel my current contract. Total con artist.. Was even dressed like the dodgy salesman from family guy.
When I told him that I wasn't comfortable with it and I didn't want to go ahead he started having a go at me and getting aggressive. Which I thought was hilarious and proved my point.

the sale person brainwashed me with lying that its cheapest and better then pay zone ... I am not happy with service and security is awful

Same as everyone else above by the look of things. Rolled over 4 year contract so we are now tied in for 8 years, never explained to us by the salesman. Customer service are not in the slightest bit helpful. It is like they are expecting these calls and have a set procedure to deal with it. Little tip guys, you're not winning any awards for customer relations anytime soon! Will be contacting the FSA today
