I can understand that they are holidays but I placed an order on December 18 and it is December 28 and it has not even been shipped. It's the first time I buy things from Victoria's Secret and I think it will be the last. If this is the normal procedure for shipping orders, the correct thing would be for them not to charge the amount of the order until the customer receives it. I buy with other brands like CONVERSE or PANDORA and until the customer receives their order they are not charged. This would be correct if shipments are so late.

Your website is a disaster and ordering from you is impossible. The whole thing looks like a scam

Hello, good afternoon, I'm writing because I've been waiting for my order since 12/1/23 and I still don't know anything about it when there's supposed to be a period of 6 days.

Please give me a solution, I need the package before the week.

I placed a large order on November 26th and have received absolutely no communication whatsoever, today is 6th December. No confirmation email either so I rang today and my order hasn’t been picked or shipped yet, I was told over and over “Not to worry” well I am worrying and upset that my daughters teachers will not receive their gifts as there is only 2 days of school left.
For a big fancy company, they should get their butts into gear and get orders out much quicker.
Not happy and won’t ever buy again from the Australian Victoria’s Secret Beauty website again.
Unless you have 3 weeks up your sleeve to wait, you will be disappointed like me.
UPDATE December 11th now and STILL no shipping confirmation or any communication!

I think that 2 sites without connection is a huge failure for online sales.

I recently purchased tit tape as I was wearing a a backless dress to a wedding. After wearing it for a short time I was having a severe burning pain. I quickly removed the tape my skin was red, swollen and I had weeping blisters.

Everything intuitive, easy and fast

I placed an order on this site taking advantage of the discounts and although the shipping was fast I did not receive any package from them. Also it is impossible to contact them. Right now I find myself without my products, without money and without assistance I highly advise against placing orders.
