I ordered 1 month ago from them, delivery supposedly was going to take 3-5 days - still no news from them, they don't answer e-mails or chats, instagram account sends me to send an e-mail to the e-mail that NEVER answers.

But in the end, the parcel came and everything is good :D One star minus because customer service is impossible to reach, but still, my delivery came and the products are fine. Sorry again.

It was the worst experience ever!
My Oder 4_00138127 was forgotten, I’ve got an invitation to send a review form about my products which I didn’t get! Then after a call and messages it was finally delivered but only part (a robe). What it’s supposed to do with the rest? Are you going to work properly in general and deliver my whole 100% prepaid order?!
Upd: after several letters without any feedback they finally sent money back.
Don’t recommend VS Italy. The worst service.

Non professional delivery
Non professional delivery.
5-7 days to deliver they said, it's been more than 10 days and no news about my parcel.
All the communications are in Italian. Zero respect for people who don't speak or understand that language.
I'm not going to purchase anything else in my life here.

The delivery here in Spain is just outrageous. My items have not arrived yet. The order was made a week ago. I do not know where my items are. I have not heard from Victoria yet.

After three emails i don't know where is my order. The reply has been the tracking number, but the transport company has not the package and i have not more information about it.
