Bognor Regis outlet/shop
I had occasion to use the Vodafone, Bognor Regis, outlet last Sat 29th June as I had an operating issue with my new mobile.
I was very impressed by the overall experience as the premises were very nicely presented and the staff friendly and welcoming.
In particular I would like to thank and commend your representative Joe, who was very friendly, helpful and professional in dealing with my issue.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star except that's the lowest on here.
I ordered Faster fibre & Phone deal for my parents who are 81 & 87.
First they changed the installation date without informing them and said that my parents had cancelled the install date which was nonsense as I had ordered it.
Then they arrived 8 days later and installed the equipment and left without anything working.
We spent at least 12 hours talking to them with nothing done, they had my 87 year old parent getting up and down on the floor checking their equipment and knowing that he is waiting for hip replacement.
I'd already told them it needed an engineer but I guess they want to save money.
My elderly parents have now been left with no phone or internet for the last 9 weeks , 4 of which are Vodaphone.
They have promised an engineer in 48 hours but I'll be surprised if they arrive.
They were going down to the library every time they had to contact customer services until I took them a mobile phone to use.
The next step will be cancel the direct debit which seems to get them moving but by then it's too late.
They had the same issues with talk talk which is why they swopped to Vodaphone but what a bad choice that was.

Great experience at Bognor
I came in one day to get prices and the next to sign up both staff well presented, polite and professional. Joe day 1 and Charlie day 2.
Price wasn’t an issue but they both were fully knowledgable about packages that were suited to my requirements.
