Excellent service and help provided. Recently spoken to Skye, she helped me sort out my case insanely fast! Calum saves the day
Calum helped me sort out renewing 4 PAYG contracts which the website had resolutely refused to do. Good chat, let me head off to another shop while he did some handle turning, and solved an unrelated problem into the bargain which saved me having to spend (no doubt) an hour on the phone with a competitor’s “retention” team.
