Absolutely abysmal customer service
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Came to the store to transfer account ownership, took 20 minutes to sort, was told it was done. 2 weeks later, wifi goes down, I call Vodafone only to find out I’m still not the account holder and they can’t do anything to sort the wifi issue, was advised to go to the store. 3 customers waiting, 2 members of staff dragging their feet with customers they’re “serving”. Was asked “is this a quick question?” Explained my issue, was told someone would be with me when they’re done with the customers they have. One advisor is talking to 2 men, talking about their jobs in McDonalds and the advisor is asking them whether they serve food after it’s been dropped on the floor?? Talking about tuna, which is better between KFC and McDonald’s and crap along those lines. It’s 6.40pm as I’m trying this, I came in here at 6.15, still not have been seen. No urgency, no acknowledgement, no real customer service. The other advisor has not spoken to his customer since I’ve been here. What is going on here??? If you are thinking of switching to Vodafone for anything - don’t. They didn’t even apologise for the mess up on their end. Throw the company and advisors in the bin.
