Bad customer service
I visited the Vodafone shop at Trafford Centre this morning to collect my SIM card. Unfortunately, the customer service there was extremely rude and unhelpful. The staff seemed clueless about what they were doing, and one person, Zainah, in particular, was particularly unpleasant. She had a negative attitude towards everyone who entered the shop.
I strongly urge Vodafone management to pay attention to this location. It is seriously damaging the company’s reputation. I have heard many complaints about this shop in the past, and it is crucial that customers feel safe and receive the support they need.

Kian was so good with us as we took out a contract one week ago all data was not transferred and very important data was not uploaded. We came back to the shop and service previous to today's visit was in our opinion unprofessional .
