Fast and friendly
Me and my wife came in to the store looking for an upgrade as both our phones had seen better days. Neither of us really knew what we wanted or what was available. We were served by Lydia and she was friendly informative and very personable. She helped both of us find a phone and a deal that we were happy with and she did so while never rushing and answering all of our questions.
Lydia made a normally painful and drawn out process of buying a phone fast and easy.
I would highly recommend speaking to her if you go into the merry hill store.

Demy helped me so much!
I went to Vodafone this week as I’ve just moved into a new build and no providers were recognising my address. I was served by demy who went above and beyond to help me sort this, she suggested the 5G Gigicube! It works perfectly! She literally saved me so much stress and now I finally have wifi in my new home for myself and my children to use! It was so refreshing to be served by someone who was so professional and helpful - thank you demy & the Vodafone team at Merry Hill.

I came into Vodafone today to enquire…
I came into Vodafone today to enquire about an iPad for my daughter. I met Lorelei who was fantastic in guiding me through info on the plans etc and also adding an additional for my other daughter. We also upgraded 2 phones at a great discount, and we were overall pleased. Lorelei deserves all the credit she gets and I hope next time I visit the shop I hear she’s been promoted or so. She has great customer service and extremely helpful.

I went into the Merry Hill store today…
I went into the Merry Hill store today 12/12/25 about an issue with my phone. I was seen by Emily. She listened, she found the issue and how to solve it. Not only that,she told me and showed me what to do when I got home she even wrote the instructions down for me so I would not forget. She was very courteous and sympathetic and made feel comfortable and not stupid. She made me feel quite at ease. She also assured me if I had any further issues to come back and see her.

Excellent Customer Service
Went into store today to look at brand new contract deals with inderpal he sat down with me and went through all kind sim only plans and phones and sim plans I realised I wasn’t out of contract and couldn’t go ahead with it but was really grateful with all his help.
