I’d like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Raihan at your Solihull store. He provided fantastic service and resolved my issues quickly and professionally. His friendly manner and clear explanations made the whole experience stress‑free. I visited Solihull Shop because my phone sim was locked in error and had no way of unlocking it and I could not do any correspondence on the mobile for a couple of days I was stressed out not knowing what to do. There were other minor issues to sort. My mind was immediately put at rest, when I explained to Raihan the issues concerned. I was that impressed with his service, expertise and his friendly mannerism, I was only to happy to extended my Vodafone contract for another two years. I left the Solihull Vodafone Shop a very, very satisfied customer. Thank you Raihan.
