I would like to give special thanks to Maddy at Vodafone for the outstanding service she provided.
Maddy went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best value for our money each month. She took the time to carefully explain all of our options and helped us choose the package that suited our needs best.
She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never once seemed frustrated. Her focus was on making sure we were happy and that our money was being spent wisely.
Excellent customer service from a genuinely lovely person. Maddy is a real credit to Vodafone, and we are extremely grateful for all of her help.

I visited the Vodafone store at the beginning of the month and had such a lovely experience thanks to Maria. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
Not only did she help me set up my phone quickly and efficiently, but she also went the extra mile and sorted out a SIM card for my laptop as well. Everything was explained clearly, and she made the whole process feel effortless.
We even had such a nice conversation about uni, which made the visit feel personal rather than just transactional. Maria is simply amazing — professional, kind, and truly cares about her customers. Thank you again!
