Ordered a tutu on the 16th July for my nieces birthday , she said it would be here for the 10th Aug which it wasnt, She told me she sent it first class but wouldn’t give me a reference number and then the week after she said it had been found in a bag in a corner at the post office and would arrange a courier. Still nothing I’ve asked for a refund and been ignored. Avoid

STAY AWAY!!!!!
Ordered a dress for my daughter's 4th birthday on 19th June for 4th August. Sent messages through Facebook to confirm if it will be delivered by then and they kept saying yes. It's now the 6th August (so it did not arrive in time for her birthday which i'm really disappointed about). Dress still not here even though they said they sent it 1st class on the 30th July and they have not replied to my messages. No other reviews online to see if people have had the same problem so thought I would do my own. Will try and get a refund through my card company.
