But I wanted something special for my daughters 1st birthday..
so I give them the idea I wanted and I really couldn't fault it. came out better than I thought.😊
yeah it took longer than I thought but due to convid 19 but always message me and told me the updates.

Ordered a moana style tutu dress for my daughter for Christmas, the dress took a little longer than expected to come however the customer service and communication surrounding this was excellent, and I can completely understand that running a business throughout a pandemic must be difficult. The dress came on time for Christmas and was well worth the wait, it is absolutely stunning and my little girl is obsessed! We will definitely be ordering more and I wish the business the best of luck through these difficult times!

I ordered an Alice in wonderland themed tutu last summer for my great niece Christmas present, plenty of time for things to go wrong. I planned for this hence why I ordered when I did....🤣

Absolutely amazing! She managed to get the dresses made and sent to me within a few days for a birthday and they are beautiful. 100% recommend.

I ordered my little girl a dress back last summer for her birthday in November. Few emails later I still haven’t received the dress or a refund and like a lot of other people have saying a lot of excuses! Do not order from this women

Arrived on time and were just lovely, my daughter and two nieces absolutely adore them, lots of zoom roleplay happening in our house atm. Really nice lady to deal with and very professional. I do not know the circumstances for any negative reviews but they are far from my experience and I would happily recommend especially as I myself was recommended to use them by a friend. Complete scammer. Ordered at the start of November for a Christmas present. 3days before Christmas and lots of excuses later was told dress had shipped next day delivery. Now mid January and after lost more excuses I’ve been told that I have been refunded and will get another dress. Not holding my breath and will give it 5 working days and will involve the bank’s fraud team. Stay away from this con

Ordered 3 months ago, still haven’t received it. Haven’t had a refund. After emails of excuses, she’s now not replying. My sister ordered one a few weeks after me and she hasn’t received it either. Do not order.

Absolutely over the moon with our purchases What a talented lady. The girls wont take them off. Thank you very much. We will be ordering more. Communication was faultless. Very happy

Ordered in July for 4 week delivery. No delivery and no contact. Finally had a message back to say really sorry she's been busy and will get it sorted. Again no delivery came.

Asked for a refund and guess what, no contact. Ended up disputing with the bank and finally got a refund today. Possibly the worst customer service i have experienced.

I would suggest dealing with a company that fulfills it's orders unless you want to constantly chase for contact.

I ordered 2 tutus for my granddaughters and they arrived today, they are so well made and absolutely gorgeous, better than even the pictures show, They are for Christmas so I can’t post any photos yet, but I will do, I cannot wait to see my granddaughters faces on Christmas morning, thank you yummyscrummytutus ❤️

Got the order today after it was rerouted 3 times by hermes and then left on the doorstep obviously not the companies fault but the lady was so helpful in trying to find out why it kept going round and round in circles before it eventually got to us. The dresses are pretty, my little one is going to be happy on christmas day, i will update on the fitting once shes tried it on but it does have a stretchy top so i think it will be fine thanks very much

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter in August. I was told that it would be about 4 weeks. No dress arrived. I contacted the seller and was told that with the lock down she had got behind and the dress would be sent that week. Still no dress arrived. Apparently the dress was sent but got lost in the post. So another dress was made and was going to be posted out.. still no dress arrived. Over 3 months of waiting for this dress have now passed. I asked for a refund and was told that the dress was made and wrapped up and was a waiting collection the next day. I message the seller the next day to ask if the dress had been collected and was told that the courier hadn't turned up and she had arranged for a different company to collect. I had a message off the seller a few days later telling me that the dress had been collected and would be with me the next day. To my surprise 😂 the dress didn't arrive. After serval messages to the seller it was said that the dress had got lost in the post. Now really can 2 parcels get lost from the same person, being sent to the same person ????. I haven't received any claim details for these lost parcels. I would avoid this person. She lies and is not to be trusted. If you dont want disappointed children go to someone different for a dress.

Very happy with my purchase it was a bit of a long wait time however the lady was very upfront about issues with the things needed to make them arriving and with dispatch. I was kept updated at all times and always got a quick response to messages I believe this lady is just trying to get through this year as best as she can like the rest of us. The dress is awesome and high quality. Worth the wait Thank you

Shocking. Ordered in June 2020 and have been filled with excuses over and over again. Now await a refund which has been promised via PayPal and suddenly cancelled. PayPal will no deal with it and await the refund 5 months after first ordering. Avoid!!!!

I ordered in June, was told in August they were behind my order was due to be sent the next week. Start of September I was told similar, I gave the benefit of the doubt considering the pandemic etc. At the end of September I asked for a refund instead as we still had no dress. I had no answer, after commenting on a public post at a later date I was told "sorry I'll sort it now", it never came. I was then told it would be sent via pay pal as it was passed the 120 day mark and a refund couldn't be issued. PayPal notified me a payment was being sent, then today they cancelled the PayPal payment. I've been assured today they don't want my money and are happy to bank transfer.... it seems like a LOT of excuses. No money no dress

Stay clear, dress ordered, full of promises on delivery and good at making lots of excuses when you ask about updates etc.. asked for a refund and still waiting.. sent a message regarding refund and of want a surprise lots of excuses again..

The dresses are beautiful when they finally turn up but I’m still one short after originally ordering in June 2019 for dresses for my children for Christmas they didn’t show up until January 2020 despite weekly emails for updates. So many excuses either the seller is the most unlucky person going when it comes to their local post office or we are all being given the same excuses!

Still awaiting one dress which was promised in January 2020..... emailing weekly but responses are hit and miss such a shame as the dresses are really beautiful but shouldn’t take anymore orders until those already taken are fulfilled!

Just wanted to update that I have finally received the last dress ordered they are beautiful which is why they get the star rating. I hope the customer service improves in future.
