AVOID YESHERSHOP - TOTAL SCAM!

As with all the other reviews, I ordered a bag via a Facebook ad. The package never turned up and the parcel tracking number was a piece of fiction.

Will be reporting them to Facebook and Trading Standards. Will be attempting to get my money back via my bank.

Took almost 2 months to come. Happy enough with the product, however, as others have stated, the communication is terrible. The tracking numbers that they send you are useless and dont work. If you do have to order, be prepared for a very long wait & rude customer relations. Not using again.

Unfortunately the same as the other reviews. I saw the Facebook ads so assumed it was legit. No bag has ever turned up, they did respond when I emailed just saying please be patient. I paid using PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back.
Hopefully others will read these reviews before buying.

I feel cheated. Tracking number useless, tried to cancel order within minutes of posting because same product popped up cheaper on Facebook within minutes of ordering. Site gave impression that returns were allowed but that is very limited. Still doubting that product will ever arrive. Terms and conditions, which few people read, until like me later have concerns need careful study before you buy anything from Yeshershop.

Like others I fell for the Facebook Ad and purchased a bag. It's never arrived and the Royal Mail tracking number was not valid and never recognised. Luckily I paid via PayPal so have raised a dispute via them and I hope to get my money back. Please do not trust this company and avoid buying from them. Beware they are also selling the bags under company other names too plus their website address they supplied to PayPal isn't even valid. Total scam.

I agree with all the reviews below. Dreadful service. Requested a refund as the bag ordered as present on 11th Dec arrived well after Christmas. Tracking impossible.
Getting no response from the company other than postage delay. No receipt included or any info on how to use the bag.

Ordered 2 bags, site says waiting dispatch, but email has given Royal mail tracking number, when put it this message appears The system is currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference GV**********GB . Please try again later, has been like this for a week, have emailed the company, but also contacted PayPal for a full refund

DITTO TO ALL THE SAME REVIEWS ON HERE! SCAM SITE. ORDERED BAG PRIOR TO XMAS THREE WEEKS LATER, STILL NOT ARRIVED. TRACKING NUMBER IS FAKE TOO. EMBARRASSINGLY FELL FOR A GOOD LOOKING PRODUCT AND NOW FACEBOOK SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE TOO FOR FALSE ADVERTISING. HOPE TO GET REFUND AS PAID WITH PAYPAL.

I foolishly fell for bag on Facebook ad by this company thinking it would make a good Xmas present.
Ordered 7th Dec.
Next day I emailed to cancel it which is within my rights when buying online. Heard nothing emailed again and was told they would get into with correct Dept.
Then got email 22 Dec saying despatched! I was told to be patient!!
Tracking number not live till 26 Dec. Bag arrived 30 Dec.
I emailed saying I wanted to return for a refund. Told they only accept returns if faulty. this is totally wrong. When buying online you are entitled to return for refund no matter what reason.
I was going to email them the legislation but have lost the will to pursue. I suspect the customer service is not in UK from the way the emails are written.
Sorry for long rant. I echo thoughts below and am cross with myself for falling for the ad.

Should be zero....so wrong one big con. DO NOT buy anything from these people. How can they get away with what they are doing????
Money taken...no goods, no refunds. This must be illegal, order from Facebook advert, would Facebook want to know I wonder??

Wish I had seen this before I paid for a bag. To date (1 week after ordering) no bag, Royal Mail tracking number unrecognised and no response to email. So am thinking that I have lost my money and won't get my bag.

Please avoid this website.
It s a scam.
No goods arrived. Ref number for tracking is wrong.. I asked for further info on the delivery and I received the most appalling response. I complained and asked for refund. No answer. Do Avoid.

this company are charlatans...avoid.

clearly states Free Returns on website... yet will not accept returns unless faulty...even if their sizing is incorrect, ordered a size 6 and clearly it is a size 5, but they won't exchange.

If I could leave no star review I would. Card debited but no goods. Avoid
