Worst company ever
Waiting all ready 25 days for my parcel Tracking says we got it 😡😡😡

Took a month to deliver a parcel then code wouldnt work so couldnt collect it
Useless yodel and useless vinted customer services mean ive lost money as vinted updated as recieved when I didnt . Ill never ever use yodel again stupid codes are a nightmare

I bought a tv and paid for shipping, and this company lost it
A 55 inch tv they lost it
What is this horrible service, they don’t help and keep telling wait 25 business days to find it

Very bad service just leave any parcel outside front door. Not the correct name or address on parcel. Don’t bother knocking the door then when you try contacting customer service you can’t even speak to anyone to sort out

Couldnt give it 0 stars. Has anyone ever had anything delivered properly by these jokers? There absolutely useless.
Yet another parcel delivery f##£'d up. God knows where it is so it'll take weeks to work its way back to very and then I can get another deliverd.

It's getting worse, you have one good delivery then get umpteen that aren't...

Package was left in a unsafe place in full view of the public . Needless to say I did not receive my parcel . And my empty packaging with address was strewn across the neibouring park . P1Ssed off is an understatement.

They are scammers, don't use their services. They simply canceled my account an phone number.

I bought a life-time subscription to this company and they stopped my access yesterday - no warning.

They're not responding to emails - taken money and ran.

Do not use this company is you're a business needing any continuity of service.

One day randomly, they told me it was cancelled, and that was final. All because I hadn't made an outbound call on it in 6 months. Kind of terrible that they just up and cancel a life time subscription without warning.

Scammers. Even though my account was active and I was using it, they closed my account and are not replying to support emails.

They claim my account was inactive for 6 months. I have proof that I was using my number!

While I did pay for express delivery, and it was yodel,,it seems typo error on my part,I do sincerely apologise

This company comes to take money without giving you a return for it, their website is very outdated and does not work well. They charge $30 every month, after I asked to disconnect they continue to take money, now that they finally closed my account they don't want to give me back the money on the grounds that my stay costs them every month, even though I didn't use it at all. Tell me, is this not a scam!?!

Very disappointed I will never use this company ever again
