Don’t bother

Called in for a breakfast. Wish I’d eaten the serviette and wiped my hands of the breakfast for nearly £6. The spoonful of scrambled egg was completely unseasoned and not scrambled properly. 4 of the thinnest smallest pieces of streaky bacon I’ve ever seen. The “toast” looked like it had been done quickly over a candle. A cheap rusk heavy sausage that would not have offended someone who hated pork. A cheap small hash brown lightly warmed through completed the affront to chefs everywhere. The latte was okay though

Disgraceful behaviour, no goods, kept my money

Ordered something on wowcher but it wasn't clear that you had to pay, then claim a "voucher" then send the "voucher" to the retailer within a certain time. Now they say I can only have a credit note and that particular retailer doesn't accept credit notes from Wowcher. I just wanted my money back but it appears that once Wowcher have got your money they are keeping it. Disgraceful company. The only way that you can contact them as well is via WhatsApp, thus forcing you to download that app and working through robotic questions to try to get issues resolved. Everything appears to be against giving you any money back

My local courier Lisa is fantastic but EVRI notifications are rubbish

My local courier Lisa is fantastic, smart and efficient and uses her brains. The one thing I have an issue with is with the company notifications. It goes from "Out for delivery" to actually being delivered 20 minutes later. This causes problems in either getting back to take delivery or leaving a note on my door telling the courier where to leave it (Very limited options to select from on the app). Today I missed the delivery by 10 minutes after I had gone out and it was on my doorstep in public view all day in a high crime area. Either give me a couple of hours notice and\or tell me earlier so I can make arrangements or leave a note for the courier. Going from 'Parcel at the Depot' to Out for delivery to "Delivered" in a 20 minute timespan is not acceptable

Rowley Regis threats to a pensioner and veteran

Rowley Regis. One elderly checkout "worker" only, gossiping to customer while the queue piled up. After 15 minutes while Ms Slowcoach put one item through every minute while chatting and apparently enjoying herself I could see me being there for the next 30 minutes so I left my basket in the aisle and as I left I told the checkout that my basket was in the aisle and started walking for the exit. This was followed by shouted verbal abuse from the checkout. When I went back and enquired what she was shouting at me she turned her back and ignored me. I asked for the manager and someone wearing a civilian jacket who claimed he was the manager spoke firstly with one of the staff and then came to me. Whilst explaining what had happened a male friend of the checkout woman approached me and physically threatened me in front of the manager who said and did nothing about it apart from telling me I was banned from the store. Disgusting service.

worse delivery service ever

It gets one star because I can't select zero. Driver ignored two doorbells (One an illuminated Ring doorbell) and knocked the door. I came straight downstairs and opened the door but the driver had gone. I ran straight out into the cul de sac but there was no sign of the driver or even of his vehicle. Absolutely rubbish service. I will never use them again and I will tell any retailer I am thinking of ordering from that I will not order if they use DPD.

Rubbish service

driver ignored two doorbells and knocked the door. By the time I came downstairs he had run off. I ran into the road (a cut de sac) but he'd made his escape. I couldn't even see his vehicle. I'm surprised he's allowed to drive if he can't even see two doorbells (One of which is an illuminated Ring doorbell). Absolutely rubbish service and I'm going to be telling suppliers that if they use did then I'm not ordering off them

Rubbish service

I was in but upstairs. I have two doorbells including an illuminated Ring doorbell. The driver chose to deliberately ignore those but instead knocked the door. I thought I heard something so I came straight downstairs opened the front door and the driver was gone. I live in a cup de sac and immediately ran out into the middle of the road thinking to flag him down. Not a sign of him or his vehicle. He must have knocked the door and literally ran away. Absolutely rubbish service

rubbish company

Found a wet and torn note hanging out of my letterbox saying no one at home when I'd been in and waiting. No doorbell rang, no knock at the door. Unable to contact customer services, I suspect by their design because of the number of complaints they get. Ended up going on social media just to get a reply. Eventuall get a phone call at 1530hrs saying the driver has gone home and they'll "try" again tomorrow. Rubbish company

Rubbish company

Left a wet and torn note hanging out of my letterbox when I was at home. never rang the bell or knocked the door. Customer service is horrendous, after hours trying to get a reply some muppet states the driver has gone home and they'll try again tomorrow. Rubbish company

Abysmal Service

I work until 5pm. DX put a card through my door saying they were unable to deliver. Their answer is to deliver at the same time on future weekdays (Hello! How will that work?) or I can drive 10 miles to a collection point but I must be there before 4pm (Hello, I work until 5pm) or I can pay extra and wait a week to get it. Since then they have told lies about trying to deliver last weekend (I was in all day and no one called at all). Their only answer to all this is to contact the original seller (CEX, no customer service number or ANY telephone number. Contact us by e mail and in a few days we'll get back to you) and get them to alter the delivery arrangements. I've wasted hours trying to sort this out and get property THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR delivered to me. Seems like some sort of cowboy outfit with no customer service

DX Delivery

They use DX Delivery. Their FB page is full of complaints of bad service. They wont deliver to anywhere else or at any other time without either paying extra so if you are out during the day you will probably never get your item delivered unless you pay extra for the service. It's a con

CeX does not charge more for any scheduled delivery. Items that miss delivery can be rescheduled to be delivered later or collected an local PDO's depending on the type of delivery used.
