Unfortunately, due to high demand for the battery you required, we had to order the replacement in which is unusual for this size of battery. With this and the recent Bank Holiday period, this contributed to some additional delays which were outside of our usual timescales. Our team had kept you updated within this period, however, we appreciate the unusual delay. We are pleased that the matter has now been resolved and that you have received your batteries, replaced under warranty.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this for you.
Very poor service and delivery
I had trouble creating an account. Was promised a call back to sort out. No one contacted me. In the end had to use a different email address.
Delivery has not arrived. Parcelforce has sent email that it would arrive today between 09;50 and 13:50. Has not arrived. Tracking says it was at their Coventry depot at 11:58 this morning. Coventry is 4 to 5 hours from my home.
Will not use again.

One staff member's attitude was very unhelpful!
The attitude of one staff member wasn't very helpful he said " that's above my pay grade."
All he had to do was check my name on an item, how hard was that. They seem to have lots of staff, some are very busy while others don't seem to be doing very much. Maybe this guy was an apprentice? It was a bad look for the company, this guy definitely needs customer service training. Company and rest of staff were very good.

Although delighted with my scooter I was disappointed not to find a manual.when I was unpacking it. I called Ableworld the next day to report this but they have sent me a download file whichI find difficult to read on my phone. I called back the next day to ask again for a a paper manual but was disbeliever and told "well if you lost it" I have never had my hands on it to.lose ! Disappointed with their customer care.
