I ordered a product from this company and (1) it took about a month for the product to get close to my house and that was not mentioned during the process and (2) the product showed delivered to my house, but never was. On the day time they claimed it was delivered, I offered to forward them video from my Ring camera that no delivery company visited my house that entire day. So no one delivered anything to my house. Lastly, when I reached out to customer support about this, they stated it had nothing to do with them, and that I would need to reach out to the delivery company. Well, I don't even know who that is since the whole thing was handled by them. In a nutshell, this is some company from China I suspect who is ripping people off. I should've checked them on social media first - they have a 94% bad review.

I brought a product (the anxiety bookshelf) that was advertised with different photos than what ended up turning up in the post. Very disappointed an absolute scam. What I got was a really bad imitation that looked cheap and shoddy. If I could post pictures I would. Can’t even recognize the books and the bookshelf looks nothing like the photos advertised.

I am disgusted with this company. I have been waiting since 3rd November for an item to arrive from Edinburgh. Tracking shows it was in transit to me in Halifax on that date and 20 days later has still not arrived. I have sent many emails regarding this and have asked for my money to be returned. All I get back as a reply each time is they are sorry and have asked for the delivery to be speeded up. I urge anyone who wants to buy from this company to avoid doing so.

I was scammed. Received a product that looked a bit like the one I ordered bu4 times smaller, bad quality and totally not fit for its purpose (bookshelve mini).
A small refund is offered, no reactions to my comparison with tha ordered item, and the advice to take the refund because my shipping costs to return the item (to china, not Usa) would be much much higher.
Do not buy from this company.

Like many others, received a cheap product nothing like what was advertised. I will say the seller did at least respond to my complaints but only offered a third of the money back as compensation, or expected me to pay for return shipping to get a full refund.
Avoid at all costs.
Will update my review if they eventually remedy the situation.

The item i received was not to the scale advertised very cheaply made and alot of the books the print was not very legible everything was much smaller than in the advertisement do not purchase this

I made my first "I've been scammed" purchase 👌 I fell for the "shipping from USA" and didn't do my research. Stay away, the product is rubbish.

This company is disgusting. The product is nothing as described. I would give them a lower rating if I could.

The company is a scam, they display items to take money and when the item arrives, it’s nothing like what they show you online.

They don’t allow returns or refund, complete and utter disgrace!!

I ordered a "Batman" license sleeve back in June. It's now Oct. 29 and I have still yet to receive it. I have had multiple emails with their customer service. They have now informed me that the package was supposedly returned from the post office. The tracking number i was given isn't even a postal tracking number. They are now trying to charge me for them not getting their package back. I don't see how that's my problem. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

The bookshelf itself was tiny, poorly made, had paint missing and plastic window pane was dented/scratched. Latch bent
The books are tine wood chips with no painting on spines so basically you are arranging a bunch of laser cut brown wood chips. Nothing like the advertised product. Such a waste of money.
I tried to negotiate a refund with the seller, they used shameful tactics " I have spent hours pleading on your behalf to get you a $5 refund" .. escalated this to a Paypal dispute... I am now able to get a full refund but only if I return the product at my cost... and they have refused to supply enough details to fill out the Chinese custom declaration so I cannot send it... All in all a horrible experience and a shameful company to deal with.

I was very badly scammed by the site. I ordered one Anxiety Bookshelf and the quality was lousy, not reflecting what was in the pictures. In a despicable way, when I received the product it was deleted by the site and denied by customer service when I wrote to say I wanted my money back. I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product and that it reflected reality.

If there was something less than 1 star that is what I would give. The item I received is not what they advertise. I took over a month to receive it and it was so small it fit in my mailbox. Once opened the “books” were so tiny it wasn’t visible to read titles. And it’s not real books it’s a piece of wood. Don’t bye. I am trying now to get a refund.

Total garbage and fraudsters - do not buy from this company. Bookcase was a third of the size advertised and not anything like the photo. The 'books' do not have anything printed on the spine despite their fake photos. Total rubbish, refusing to refund unless item is returned at buyer's cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID

So disappointed in the products once I received them. Not at all what was advertised. They are so small and cheaply made. You have to use tweezers to pick up the books and the wood is so thin and flimsy is disgusting. Took over 10 weeks to receive the product. No customer service either. I emailed with my issue and got no response. Wasted money. DON’T BUY!!!!

I was sent the yellow anxiety bookshelf, fully expecting the one they advertise. Wrong. I received a poorly constructed piece of yellow wood the size of my hand and books so small and poorly made that don't even fit on the shelves. The beautiful black box it shows being mailed in. Wrong. Beaten up cardboard box. Also, this company is not in the US as advertised. Took over a month to get piece of junk bookshelf. Asked to return and refund. They offered me $6.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

What a rip off! Not even half the size they show! Books aren't anything like the video either. I'm super disappointed!!!!
