I only gave one star because there’s no option to give ZERO. I have never been so disgusted with a company, and that’s saying a lot. I waited at least two months for my anxiety bookshelf, only to be utterly disappointed by the thoroughly crappy quality of this product. The books are horrible. I have at least 20 duplicates of each, and there are actually only 12 different titles. Not that I can even tell what the titles are, because really it’s just cheap graphics and no words. Nevermind that there is nothing but raw, splintered wood on the spines. Most of my books were stuck together and they split when I pulled them apart. Split into splintered trash. The shelf itself is much smaller than advertised. It’s some weird fake wood material, unfinished and cheaply made. It’s not even painted well, as the corners are scraped down to the “wood”. I would happily send this crap back but there is seemingly no way to contact these people, and I’m sure they would not reply anyway. Buyer BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

I would like to give 0 stars… I was originally over charged when I placed my order. That was corrected, but after waiting a very long time for the item to be delivered, it was damaged and was nothing like what was advertised on their site. Very cheaply made, books are unrecognizable because print is blurry. The spine of the books is not printed at all, just raw wood. After my first email about the items being damaged, they offered me a $6 refund and said that after inspection they could not see any damage. After sending another pic of damage and highlighting the image for them, they said it didn’t affect usage and offered a $9 refund. TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!!

This is a total scam!!! I bought an anxiety bookshelf and Items ship from China even though they claim to ship from the US. The item's adversities photos and videos are from the original merchants however the item you get from this merchant are very low quality. If you want to process a refund you have to send them to China which they know most people won't do and just be stuck with the bad item.

I ordered an anxiety bookshelf from this company. It was NOTHING like the item advertised on their website. It took weeks to arrive and when it finally did, the quality was terrible. The mini books were just little pieces of wood with a terrible print on them. Sadly I can't upload a photo.

Absolute LOAD OF RUBBISH!! Nothing like what is advertised on FaceBook! Took long enough to get here. DO NOT ORDER THIS THING!! Customer services is none existent, even trustpilot has said they have had a breach of selling! Disgusting!!😡😡😡

If I could give them a negative star I would... The product took 1.5 months to arrive, when it did it was half the size expected and the books we're ridiculously poor quality, you can't even recognise what the book titles are they didn't have any spines so when stacked in the shelves they looked like matchsticks... Their response to my refund request was...

They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.

Product received, is nothing like what was advertised. It took over a month to receive and customer service responses was more like sorry you are not satisfied. I don't believe they looked at the advertised link and compared it to the pictures of what I received. I wanted a refund and they didn't address how that could be done.

I wish I had looked for this site before purchase. Again, about 3 weeks for delivery and NO SPINE LABELS! After reading these reviews I feel just ripped off!
I am requesting the review to be emailed to them, but I am pretty sure I just paid a $35.00 ADHD tax.

Ordered on 28/08/2024 and finally arrived on 01/10/2024. It looks cheap and not particularly well made, and none of the books have names on the spines so you can't organise them and it just looks meh.

Very, very disappointed. They're going in the bin or I'm giving them away. Buy the same thing from Amazon, maybe more money but it looks better quality.

Wish there was a 0 Rating. Took longer than expected. Tracking was a joke. When they finally arrived yesterday, yes I ordered 2, they were a fraction of the size advertised, miniature books had nothing readable on them, nothing on the spines so what’s the point, brown edges in bookcase. Such a scam, beware! Don’t get sucked in. Will try to get a refund but doubt it will happen. 6”x4-3/4”x1-3/8” actual size.

The item I ordered was the Anxiety Bookshelf, from Cookie-Happyhours The Item I received was approximately 1/4 of the size shown in the advertising video, which looks to be A4 size, but what arrived was smaller than A5, clearly false advertising, I have reported this to Cookie-Happyhours, but from other reviews I've seen, not holding out much hope for a refund, I will be contacting Paypal.

Scam company. Anxiety Bookshelf looks nothing like the ad. It’s the size of my hand. Their response - warehouse confirms this is what they sent. What?!?! Offered me $3.00, think I’m calling the credit card company, there is no way they’ll give any money back.

Wish I could rate this a zero .. an obvious total scam .. It’s been months and the item I ordered for a friends Christmas gift has not shown up . Unlike others I was infact given my money back , so no real harm done . But I’m pissed nonetheless. Beware !!!

Don’t buy from this scammer. I’ve been waiting for my mini bookshelf package to be delivered for more than a couple of months now. I ‘bought’ it for my daughter’s birthday which was on August 19 and nothing has arrived. It’s now the 24th of September. I got notifications when it was in transit which then stopped when it supposedly entered Australia. My numerous complaints have been met with vague responses saying they’ve urged the shipping company to give an update. It’s a scam. Don’t fall for this.

Never received after 2 months - strung me along with tracking info updates for 6 weeks, then they stopped. Reading other reviews, it sounds like the item would have been junk, anyway. Wished I had looked for reviews earlier, but the ad didn't list the company website - should have been my first clue. :(

Sure wish I would have found this review page! Just received after 5 weeks. Small, cheap and no titles on book spines. So when you put them in the tiny 4 1/2" X 5 3/4" shelf it will look like a lovely display of brown tiny wooden blocks on a shelf! No 800# for customer service. Hoping they get taken down from everywhere they advertise!!!!

Would have rated 0 if possible. Wish I'd searched for reviews - and I'm usually sensible. As others have said, nothing like images on website, smaller, very cheap, ricketty, illegible 'covers', nothing on spines rendering them useless for purpose. Their response to my complaint was: 'So sorry for the inconvenience that you don't like it. Will it be possible to give them to others? Payed €50 for an item coming from the U.S. In actual fact, it was from China. It has taken 10 weeks for it to arrive. It's a quarter the size of the advertised item. Where glass/perspex should be, there's nothing. To say I'm annoyed is putting it very mildly.

Scammers - using legit anxiety bookshelf marketing from the actual company to sell fake cheap crap. Ordered 2 and half the size cheap rubbish. No sounds so all looks like mdf in the shelf. Clasps in the wrong place. Don’t buy from them. Reported to Facebook and PayPal.
