Totally false advertising. The bookcase is a fraction of the size shown and the spines of all of the books are brown unlike what is shown. Piece of junk and when I contacted them they said it would cost me too much to return. Totally scammed me out of my money.

Customer service for this company sucks!!

I ordered a Poodle Edition vehicle sticker and 4 weeks later received it but it had the wrong breed dog head with the poodle edition words. I contacted them and after sending photos to them to prove the error was told that they would replace them and expedite the shipment to me. 4 months later I still don’t have the shipment and have been refused a refund as the shipment is on its way.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!

What the actual heck. I actually can’t believe it. Ordered it to be sent to Australia. Took over 2 months almost. Gave me a false tracking number. I questioned them. First they say its coming from the US. Then they updated the tracking number and its now from china. Arrived. Less than half the advertised size. Cheap woodwork. The books have no printed spine so defeats the purpose! The front cover is all askew!! Complete utter BS! Idk why i didn’t research beforehand!!! My goodness! What a disgrace!!!!

You don't get whats advertised says sent from America they send false tracking information it really comes from china I ordered the bookshelf none of the books had names on the spines so you can organise anything

I am so mad at myself for falling for this! Received today after months. Nothing like the pics/video advert. Cheaply made, miniature version! Can’t read any book titles, no bone printing on a single book. HUGE waste of money. I’ve written support…crickets & doubt I’ll hear.

SCAM - This is not what was advertised. It is half the size, the spines of the books are not painted and it is just brown wood. The titles are cut off, not clear and repeated over and over. It is not even sanded down and took 8 weeks to get. Don’t waste your money.

Sadly, my review is another to add to the list of DO NOT BUY. If you paid via PayPal, open a dispute for a refund!

I ordered the anxiety bookshelf in July. The first shipment was ‘lost in transit’ so a replacement was eventually shipped.

I had so much trouble trying to get a tracking number that was valid and/or info on the delivery company. My emails were basically disregarded and the sellers responses were extremely vague.

I finally received my order in September. As others have stated in the numerous 1 star reviews here, I had the same problems. The product I received looks nothing like the one advertised on the sellers website. It’s extremely poor quality, the books don’t have ‘spines’ so it looks like wood placed in a box.

When I reached out about my dissatisfaction and concerns, I was told I received what I had ordered. The seller asked me to return the product for a full refund but I must pay return shipping costs (from Australia to China would be $$$ astronomical)! Or they said I could keep the product and be compensated $6USD LOL

I paid by PayPal so I’ve collected images (which I wish I could upload here!) and information to file a claim for reimbursement under defective product. I’m hoping they can help and provide a full refund because otherwise it’s a loss of $60 for me too.

Edited to add; I have successfully opened a dispute claim with PayPal and advised them of all details regarding the seller and this product but also of the reviews and concern here too. They will be investigating the seller as this kind of behaviour is simply not tolerated or accepted by PayPal.

Therefore if anyone has paid via PayPal for this product (anxiety bookshelf) please report and file a claim with them immediately - the more information - the more accountability seller will have to take. Hopefully it will have the company penalized for their abhorrent behaviour and business dealings!

Awful, looks nothing like the photo and customer service just try to pawn you off. Massive scam

No stars . Company is shocking . I ordered an anxiety book case but it's not like the one they advertise . It's a cheap one that is half the size it should be and the quality is terrible . It
isn't usable because the little books don't have a coloured spine . So if you put the books in the case all the books are brown . The idea of it is you can put the books in the case in alphabetical order or genre or colour etc but they are all brown so it is unusable . You contact them and they say it is what you ordered . Liars and con artists. It's false advertising not showing what they really look like . Fraud. Don't buy from them.

Anxiety bookcase
After waiting 7 weeks for delivery, the item that arrived was half the size and very poor quality,books were not printed on the edge so defeats the purpose of the item .

Please do not order this “anxiety book shelf”. It looks nothing like the photos. It’s WAY smaller and the books are hard to read the covers. There is not spines so when the books are on the shelf it’s just wood. You can tell what some of titles are but there is about 15 books and then they repeat the title over and over. I had 8 of the same book. This was a waste of 40 dollars! I rarely buy online but this was supposed to be for my daughter. She appreciates it but it’s not what I ordered. I hope you read these reviews before ordering the item! Good luck.

I’M PISSED! I’m mad at myself for my lack of due diligence in seeking out reviews before ordering and I’m wicked annoyed with this company. The ADHD Anxiety Bookroom (just received today) is cheaply made, unlike the pictures on the website and in the ads. What a waste of $40. I have emailed customer relations but I’m pretty sure I won’t hear back. Save your money folks!

Just got the Anxiety Bookcase - took 6 weeks to get here and it is nothing like the ad. Absolute rubbish!

Zero stars. I wish I would have looked into reviews before ordering! All the comments below are everything I have experienced. Ordered the bookcase in July, still nothing. It’s been stuck in the US somewhere since 8/23. I asked for a refund and got a generic Company response is “we are working with the shipping company on locating your package. Thanks for taking my 60.00 SCAM, SCAM SCAM! I was really looking forward to this bookcase.

Once the product entered the USA it stopped sending transit notices. I also ordered two. Lesson learned….look into the company before buying. I doubt whether I can get the money back but I need to look into it. I ordered on August 4th and still don’t have anything.
