SCAM, looks nothing like photos on website, cheap, there are just no positives, fraudulent postal updates, parcel never sent from USA, is sent from China, shipped from Yanwen. Might as wel have thrown $60 in the toilet and flushed it.

This is a Scam. First they have wrong informations from where it is being shipped and second, the books have no print on the side. So once you have sorted it, you only see plain wood.

So they have completely wrong informations on their website.

I agree this is a scam. I have been waiting 7 weeks for the anxiety bookshelf. Package hasn’t moved in transit from Pocatello, Idaho since 8/20/24. I have reached out to shipper who responds quickly with your package is still in transit, sorry for the inconvenience. I have asked them to identify which shipping company has possession of this package. They responded that they have urged the carrier to update the scans. This is disappointing don’t buy from this company

I'm so sorry I didn't see these reviews before ordering the anxiety bookshelf. The tracking notices stopped as soon as they said it had entered the US. BS! From what I've read here, I will either not receive my order or get a POS, rather than what I thought I had ordered. Big SCAM! Don't buy anything from them!

Can I give NO stars? Took 12 weeks to arrive from USA to Australia. Everything is WAY smaller and look nothing like the photos or video. Books have NO spine cover; are repeats of the same front/back covers; poorly reproduced. The box/library itself is made of cheap balsa wood; not sanded before painting; and glue everywhere. Can’t be used as intended.

Apparently Cookie-Happyhours is a complete scam that I fell for. I ordered 2 in July and have yet to see them. Per the tracking info, they’ve been sitting in the same location for 2 weeks. I’ve asked for a refund but have little faith that I’ll see one.

A total scam! I ordered this product back in June 2024 and now it’s September 2nd and I have yet to receive anything! I am so disappointed for not reading the reviews on this page! Do not order from this company!

Scam site- I got pulled in by the Anxiety bookshelves and have been sorely disappointed. The product came from Italy untreated and unsanded. The "books" are also movie titles in the mix and many duplicates. Many are also cut at the wrong place so there's part of two titles on the same piece of wood. No binding art so none of them are discernable from the side.
TLDR: This is a scam site- find the bookshelves on Etsy or a vetted website.

Ordered adhd book shelves, also sucked in by gorgeous video. Ordered mid July hasn't turned up yet!! If it does not holding out much hope it'll be anything like what's advertised. Wish I'd looked here first 😪

The bookshelf mini was advertised as being way larger than the one I received. The books are barely legible. This is so wrong. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Same problem as the other reviews. No painted or printed spines on the books. Used very cheap wood, causing splintering. Workmanship is bad and glue showing on shelves. This is way smaller than the video shows not even the same item. And to find the actual size it is printed in white and very tiny. I want a refund. Took 4 weeks to receive.

Do not buy from this company. I saw the Anxiety Bookshelf advertised as good quality; book spines clear and good quality shelf and when it arrived I could clearly see no visible spines, multiple double ups of books and shelf far far smaller than what was advertised. Very disappointing! :-( Especially after such a long wait for delivery

If I could give zero i would. Never received, paid for expedited shipping. Site says in UK. Shipping information states Italy. No phone number on site, no answer to messages about my order. This is a scam clearly. Cant Facebook vet these companies or do they only care about advertising income? Why let some company put a link of your web page if they are scamming people? Avoid ordering here.

I ordered a product in early July, still don't have it

Do not order from this company! Still have not received the merchandise that was ordered 3 months ago. Company refuses to refund the order.

Ridiculous. Flimsy and not what I ordered at all.

Ordered a small package on may 20th.
Contacted the firm several times and got the message, that the package is veeeeery soon arriving.
Today - aug 1st, I still haven’t recieved anything.

Scam site. Fake tracking info. If you bought something (like i did) dispute the charge with your credit card company

Don't fall for it! Been 6 weeks and all I get is an update that says in transit. Now they say it's held up in customs and open a link and fill out more info. Ya right.
Going to Chase now and challenging the charge.
Horrible!!!!

Zero stars. Pure theft. Ordered months ago. Fake shipping info given. Only bots reply to questions.
