I ordered som DnD dices. The package got stuck on transit, when I wrote a mail to Them, they said they send a New package to me. They say they did, but No. Finally the dices show up, but they are not at All like the picture. I Can't use Them, because the numbers popping out, so they Can't lay flat on the table. And everytime I send an e-mail to Them, they just told me to be patient, WHEN they responded. Don't ever buy from this site!

Scam. They send inferior low quality items in place of what they actually promote and advertise on their website/Social Media. Do not make the mistake of ordering from this sham outfit. If you've made the mistake like I have, claim your money back via PayPal or your Bank.

The company is a fraud. The miniature bookshelf they sell does not match the pictures on the website. When you contact them, a bot responds. I inform the local authorities about this scam.

I wish there was a zero star for this company. ITEM SENT IS NOT WHAT WAS REPRESENTED. "Anxiety bookshelf" gives me anxiety just looking at the product. Terrible quality, overpriced china garbage sent. Shipping took 2 months, COMPANY WILL NOT take responsibility. Total Scam!

Does anyone know what the billing looks like on your credit card for this company? I want to dispute credit card charges but can't remember which one it is.

I wish I had read this site first. They took my money and did everything everyone is saying. It has been in transit from Spain since November 8th. You can’t get anywhere with their “contact us” nonsense. They never respond and they have you clicking in circles. How does one get this company shut down or in trouble for scamming you? I would give them zero starts if I could!

Ordered on 12/8 said was coming from the US and it would be 7 days its now Jan 10th and the item is no where to he found. Tracking seems dubious.

Like others are saying, tracking info is meaningless and you can't verify it's actually in transit. They use some 3rd party service and do not show you what services are being used. They will just take your money and you never get what you paid for. Do not buy from them. They stated "ships from United States" and then I get an email about how it's been shipped from Spain. Claims it's in transit, which has been for weeks. I ordered something little on 12/23/2023 and it's Now 1/10/2024 and the tracking hasn't updated since it arrived in Alaska. They seem to be some kind of terrible drop shipping site.

I need to urgently share a concerning experience with the "cookie-happyhours.com" website to prevent others from falling into the same trap. My recent purchase on this site has all the hallmarks of a scam.

Despite receiving confirmation of shipment, the only way to track the order is through the dubious site 24service.vip. Digging deeper, it's clear that this company has a disturbing track record of packages mysteriously remaining "in transit" and never reaching their destination.

I've been patient, but the lack of transparency and the inability to obtain any meaningful tracking information for my order are red flags. I strongly caution potential buyers to think twice before considering any transactions on "cookie-happyhours.com." If you encounter the same redirect to 24service.vip for order tracking, take it as a warning sign.

I'm contemplating filing a formal complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) if there's no resolution within the next few days. Don't let others fall victim to this apparent scam.

I was going to order from this company but I thought better if it after reading many of the reviews. If you are disappointed in what you received or never received the item and you paid by credit card….get hold of the bank the credit card is with. The department you ask for is ‘credit card disputes’. The bank prefers that the time frame be within 90 days from the date you ordered the product. I have been reimbursed by my bank two times with shady deals & my granddaughter has been reimbursed once. The bank, in my case is The Royal Bank of Canada, puts the money back into your account & then the bank goes after these criminals.

I ordered an anxiety bookshelf for $29.99. PayPal total $37.87..confirmed. Then it came to $47.84. They debit then credit my account for $37.87 then charge me $47.84. $9.99 tax. It didn’t feel right. So I emailed them for a refund right away. Then the email gives me a link to chat with someone supposedly. I messaged for my refund. Response was someone will get back to me in 24 hours. This was in the morning. 11:04pm they email back to click on the link. Response was it’s too late for a refund. I emailed for a refund within 15 min if purchase. I think they’re from the UK. They don’t ship that quickly. You don’t get a person to contact with. It’s all computer generated

I would give a negative number if possible. This is a scam website that charges the wrong amounts and can’t follow up on tracking logistics and to top it off product just never arrived. No help from customer service at all when contacted during the process. Go ahead and flush your money down the toilet if you order from this site.

Great sneakers .. my son loves it

These are the BEST! I have very wide feet and it is hard to find comfortable slip-on shoes to teach in all day. I took a chance one these and am very pleasantly surprised! I want a pair in every color! True to size and very comfy!
