Hideous company,Cant even be bothered…

Hideous company,Cant even be bothered to tell you why,just read the comments left by others,That will be adequate information.Will say,That they have gone into liquidation if that helps.waiting on a delivery,made on the 9th of March.Best not to order anything being delivered by Evri,because it may never arrive.

Set of bedroom draws lost?

We were awaiting a set of bedroom drawers. The retailer told us they were going to be delivered today a couple of hours later we were informed they were lost. When my wife told me my first response was was it Evri supposedly delivering them and of course it was. Why any retailers use this company is beyond me and considering it's a criminal offence to interfere with the mail you would think the government would close them down. It's happened to us on at least three occasions.

Parcel 'delivered' to pick up point...NOT!

I was notified that my parcel had been 'delivered' to my local Evri pick up point, and I was advised that I had a week to collect it. Three days before the the final date, I went to pick it up and my QR code and 8 digit number was not recognised by their system, even though I was told it was ready for collection. Contact Evri who advised that it had been 'lost' even though someone must have scanned it and pressed a button that said 'delivered' when it arrived at the pick up point. Absolutely fuming. Now I'm having to battle with Vinted to get my money back!

UTTER SHITE AGAIN

Another failure from this utterly useless excuse of a delivery company. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU??? Why are you incapable of delivering parcels to me? Today, not only have you screwed up two deliveries., but you have sent me tracking information and photos of someone elses house AND someone elses package. Utterly incompetent company.

Evri, poor service as usual

Once again Evri haven't managed to get a package to my door. This time it was dumped outside my block of flats, presumably the courier was tired and couldn't make it up the stairs. Ironically, after finding it dumped with damage the local Royal Mail guy found and delivered to my hand. Well done Royal Mail, Evri rubbish as usual. How many complaints does it take to get good service from Evri where every delivery has been a lottery

Useless

Useless, say they’ve delivered it but they tell lies, people have cameras now, then seconds later after you’ve seen their van drive past your house without dropping your item off, they send you a 79p charge for a redelivery, wanting your bank details and date of birth, and what should of been delivered was a small pair of earrings, post it you dozy Evri lot and to the right address which often goes to another address elsewhere and you’ve to search for it. Crap service and I can’t stand Liars

Yet again 0* for EVRI

Yet again 0* for EVRI, they claim to have attempted delivery - well I've been in ALL DAY and no one has been to the door !! They send a picture of grey sky, which is supposed to be my front door. This happens EVRI time a package comes through them, mostly I NEVER receive it and have to claim from the seller. Their package ref: T01E8A0118407253

Fake delivery

Fake delivery! It has taken some time to work out most of this Evri scam, It involves parcels been switched to small letterbox size one's which do not require couriers to knock on your door, I will explain what I have discovered, Your parcel is let's say a jacket and you live at number 70, Somehow your parcel dissapeares and is replaced by parcel for your neighbour at 68 a very small parcel, The tracking is still showing it is your parcel, The courier puts this tiny parcel through your next doors letterbox and it comes up as delivered to your address! Unfortunately for this scam I can clearly see by the proof photo it is not my front door or my address on the small parcel! Question is where are the parcels been switched and why is the courier putting false information i.e item delivered to the wrong address ( your next door neighbours) Is this just basic deception or something else? Last time the courier did deliver it to my address even though it was addressed to my neighbour and it was a camera SD card inside the envelope rather than a £50 jacket! After reading all the negative reviews of parcels vanishing by other people and a 1* rating My conclusion is there no security measures at the depots or things are disappearing in couriers vehicles, As ever in life do not tar everyone with the same brush as there will be plenty hard working honest drivers working for Them, I worked in this industry and out of 7 Night staff 2 were thieving scumbags,One was prolific stealing kids Birthday cards each night for the money content! God bless life's honest people! The Rats are everywhere! Cheers Mark! I now have the item which was switched by Evri , As stated the address was switched to my next door neighbours house with a made up name on it, So if you have time please read this!!! When my original parcel was taken to parcel shop it must have had my address on which was imputed by being scanned by Evri so at this stage it my name on it and my correct address and got a tracking number of H00iAA2243233674, After this stage my jacket becomes a very small package of ladies face stickers and the address is now my next door neighbours with a false name on it! The label is still saying 2kg not about 3grams as it is now, The question is who took my jacket and replaced label with a Evri label with my next door neighbours door number and fictitious name Albert Rose! The courier delivered parcel as addressed however on the system it still had my address not my next door neighbours! If anyone can unravel this scam I would love to here from you! Thank you! Mark.

Evri is the worst delivery service ever!

This delivery service is the worst one ever! My account said the item I ordered was delivered to my safe place- I was in all day and had no delivery and no item was left in my safe place. I went to a few houses to ask if it had been left there but it hadn't! Thankfully a kind man from across the street came to my home later with my parcel and said it had been left in his safe place with something he ordered. So Evri couldn't be bothered delivering mine and left it with him! The tracking is rubbish, no email confirmation, proof of delivery or a picture. They shouldn't be allowed to deliver and don't care about about your order!

After the reply from EVRI by Kimberley…still no help as can’t explain to a machine

After the reply from EVRI by Kimberley giving the phone number and website i still haven’t been able to leave message on the phone it looks for previous parcels and tells me about those.

The website no better then someone I don’t know if there from EVRI or a scam said pay £1 for information and it will be returnable but there was no way of checking how much they would take so could not do that.

Also they sent another courier who can’t help with a label.

Absoulte thieving rats of a company…

Absoulte thieving rats of a company ordered a smart tv for home delivery over 40 days now it was collected by evri and taken to there warehouse then no further , when I messaged they said it was lost , yeah right more like one of your rats stole it , highly recommend not to use this scamming company absolutely terrible service needs closing for good , see the big boss who owns it all made millions couldn't give a toss about any of his customers.

Blamed bad weather for delay on sunny day then lost parcel

The parcel was due for delivery on Monday and had reached the delivery depot.
Later that day I received an update that delivery was delayed due to bad weather.
How the hell is partly cloudy with a 10% chance if rain!
No further updates were shown.
Upon contacting Evri I was told the parcel could not be delivered and to claim for the loss.
It has obviously been lost or stolen.
Will be using Royal Mail in the future.
