I read the reviews and was not going to bother ordering any plants, but I spoke to a chap called Andrew who assured me that there would not be any problems, I received two of the 4 trees purchased for a 160£, I have not received any notifications on the missing trees, the other two tree,s turned up after a further 8 days, i had asked for a refund, I should have trusted the reviews, AVOID.
ORDER #270289 as they tried to remove the negative review.

we ordered some hedging and when it came to our expected delivery day, they did not answer any calls, messages or emails.
We never got a refund. Please do not use this company

You need not to lie, having strictly followed all your returns policy and confirmation email to say I would receive the said amount in a few days it NEVER arrived and since have NEVER been able to get a response from you via emails or by telephone having exhausted all my many efforts NEVER shop with you again Dianne Gardner

If I could give 0 I would ,2 orders placed in January both not received have tried to email but all emails come back as not delivered as their contact email does not exist

Beware of this company. I made an order for ramps and I haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed and no response. I’ve requested a refund and no response.

Sent several emails about it but got no reply.

Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order for a garden arch on 9th January. It arrived promptly and I was happy with it. I then decided to buy the same item for a friend as a present, on 14th Jan.
Two weeks after placing the order, still no sign of the item and no tracking updates. No attempted delivery or any communication about an attempted delivery. I then began trying to contact the company. I sent multiple emails, messages via Facebook marketplace (where they advertise), text messages and phone calls. All were un-responded to. Eventually I started receiving quite combative emails from an individual linked to the company via a Hotmail account claiming that they were “disappointed” with my accusations considering I had received the first order “within the delivery time” (irrelevant) and that I was making an accusation without the “full information”. (I’m still awaiting any form of information / communication about what happened to my order).
A terrible consumer experience all round. To be avoided. Thankfully since been reimbursed via my bank.

Hi, this website needs taking down, they are rogue traders and do not fulfil orders.
I placed an order on 21/11/23 and paid in full since then I have tried to email Gearcourt with no response or delivery if these people are allowed to carry on trading it is a disgrace to the paying public.

Update: Ben texted me following that review and offered a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the refund but the money has not been credited to my card and it’s been a month. Stay away from this company. They are scammers

Update: I disputed the transaction and provided all the emails and texts to my credit card. They refunded the full amount of the transaction.

I have also sent all the emails and texts to Trustpilot and they have marked my review as “Verified”

I was only browsing and found 2 Robins for my garden listed on marketplace. I purchased them yesterday 31st Oct, and low and behold they arrived today 1st Nov! Fantastic seller, speedy delivery, answers questions immediately, first class service all round. Highly recommend

Fast response, postage was careful and speedy, plants are all healthy and already setting new leaves. I'm very happy and would buy from them again.
