Placed an order with Arisson for 10 laurels. I was not disappointed when they arrived 5 days later. Excellent packaging, they came in a strong box with a lot of straw and the plants are in great condition. I'm now looking forward to digging them in. Will definitely use this company again.

Ordered some plants. No tracking number. 1 month later after several emails and phone calls, I was then told I would get a refund. 1 week later still waiting. Hey also said i would get a replacement. Then I was told they were out of stock and would send one day. I will be going to small claims county court to get this sorted.

One star is too many. I suggest not to trust this company. I ordered a tree. When it eventually arrived it was the wrong species and had been sent from Suttons ( another company) I talked to Suttons and it had been ordered by Amazon ( £4 less than I paid). I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Gearcourt by email, chat and phone and I still have no refund. I will refer this to my credit card company,

Purchased a large LED clock via Wayne from facebook!
I kind of thought I'd been scammed, but Wayne was great, sent Invoice, followed by tracking info.
Package arrived on-time in good condition, well packaged, and above all, it works perfectly and looks great on our lounge wall.
I would trust gearcount again, with no hesitation

I have reported this company to Trading Standards and am seeking legal advice against them. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have taken payment from me and not delivered my items after more than 2 weeks, and counting. I strongly suspect this is a scam. Similarly to the case below, they "failed to deliver" my order after several attempts, after which I noticed they'd put the wrong address on the tracking label.

They've refused to refund me, and have done nothing to resolve the situation. Emails come from two different accounts - one having a gearcourt domain, the other being a hotmail address, which doesn't seem right.

Also, their contact number is a mobile number.

Please do not let this company get away with taking your money and delivering nothing in return. Do not give them your business.

I have purchased a drone camera and got on time, good delivery service and most important it was a quality product. It was a good experience of buying from Gearcourt, will order more soon..

Do Not Buy From This site, the Photo they post is not the item you Receive!
They stop answering you emails and try and fob you off with any old excuse!

I'm extremely disappointed with this company, ordered a plant 2 months ago and still not received it, my order says its been fulfilled, I've been chasing this company for 6 weeks for a response and so far nothing, I want a full refund, i would not revoked this company their customer service is appalling. I Will never buy from this company again. Still out of pocket,

Delivery was fast I brought what was described as a 8 man tent which is false as it says 4 man tent. On the website still says 8 but beware it is a 4 man cheap tent which leaks in the the rain too
