Hypest Fit 

The item took a while to delivery. Thanks to the shopify app and emailing them, I was able to track my item. Although the item is from china, a size up was well fit and the material was worth the sale price.

Can't get in touch with customer service. They never answer the phone and no response to multiple emails.

Ordered a bomber jacket in a small for my sons Christmas gift. It arrived but was too small. Ordered a medium and they took care of me the same day through CS. Quick to respond and handled the shipping and situation with great service. Will buy from them again! The jacket was better than it looked on line!

Got my order and it’s too big even though I ordered the smallest size. It’s still in the 30 days after the delivery so I asked for a return. customer service team only gives automatic reply about replacement, but my size is already the smallest size and there is no way to find a size fits me. There is no human responding the customer in email and nobody picked up the customer service line. Terrible customer service and don’t buy anything from them ever!

I ordered a jacket for my daughter's 16th birthday and I must say the jacket was perfect! Good material she loves it I love it. Can't wait to order myself 1.

I ordered 2 jackets and they both game earlier than expected. Great quality and they sent personal e-mails to make sure everything was okay. Look forward to ordering more from them in the future!

Postal service tracking shows absolutely no item being sent.
Took my money and sent many emails requesting what is going on and all I get are generic responses

I ordered and received my jacket, but it was much too large. This company says they have no smaller size, so I can't exchange, AND there are no refunds!! How does a policy like this allow them to stay in business??!

Worst Customer Service ever! I had called and emailed to see what their time of arrival was since I was ordering a large quantity. They said they have a USA store so I wanted to see it was in stock. They DO NOT call back or email back. I called everyday for a week till I got in touch with one person who couldn't give me the answers of time of arrival and stock. She said I would be emailed within 24 hours. Nope. I emailed and called once a day for two weeks and finally got in touch with someone again. It ended up being a month long process to get an answer. The quickest shipping they have is 14 business days and that is for a "rush order" from an American warehouse. Awful customer service and expect to wait forever for what ever you order.

Ordered two bomber jackets. Great products, great quality and great fitment. Shipping process took a while but it was over seas. Customer service was great, answered all questions, kept me up to date with shipping and was great at returning emails. would recommend and shop here again.

I ordered two bomber jackets from their website. Shipping was delayed, but I did receive both of my items. Upon trying them on, they fit at least one whole size small compared to several other brands I own. I emailed them about returning the items and they stated their sales are all deemed final and offered 'replacements' instead. I do not want a replacement - I want to refund my items because clearly none of their sizing will fit me properly. If I were to size up, the jackets would be big in other areas. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you're okay with clothes that don't fit and no ability to return any items.

I ordered the NASA Bomber Jacket and it was AMAAAAZING. Literally way better than what I was expecting. I actually ordered it in the wrong size but they helped me through the process of exchanging/returning are sending me another in the correct size. They were very helpful to me and the jacket is fantastic quality. I highly recommend!

The product arrived recently and overall the quality was what I was hoping for if not better. I personally feel the zippers are a bit sub par for a jacket retailing for around the 150.00 usd mark, but for the price I paid for it at 50.00 I cannot complain. Great fit, feel and style. Keep up the great work!

Ordered a jacket before Christmas 2020. It's March 10, 2021. I still don't have it and they said they won't give me a refund.

These ladies and gentlemen are awesome! My jackets were a little small. I reached out to them, and they replied quickly and took care of my issue immediately. I couldn’t be happier with these guys, and I will definitely buy from them again.

To be clear and honest the items run small.. ( So go up a size when ordering if your a Large order an XL). I ordered a jacket it came shipping takes a little longer just be aware. ( which is fine as long as you know). The item didn’t fit me (due to the smaller cut items). When I reached out I received excellent customer service. I received a replacement jacket. Every e-mail was received and answered especially during the holidays. Nothing bad to say about this company customer service went above and beyond.
