Hypest Fit 

I love this company, I'm not normally the give a review guy you know if you are doing your job with a little pride something people these know nothing about you know your customer is happy. Hypest Fit on the other hand went above and beyond with my order I ordered it on like a day or two before Christmas so I knew if it was like anyone else it would be a couple weeks but these guys were on point day or two after and here it is and even better it fit perfectly, again thank you very much will be sending all my friends to you. Love your gear, wish you had some hats, tshirts or stickers so I could do some advertising for you. Just know you got love here in the 916 Sacramento, Ca

Excellent customer service. Amazingly fast response. NASA bomber jacket runs small but remedied quick.

I had a great experience with my first order. I mistakenly ordered two of the same color windbreaker. When I contacted customer service and told them of my error, they offered to exchange it for what I initially intended to order, at no cost to me. Needless to say I was very surprised and pleased with their offer to do so since it was my error.

It took about 4 weeks to get delivered, but the NASA bomber jacket I ordered looks really nice. I ordered a medium which feels like a small, but emailed them and they offered to send me a replacement large without even making me send the medium back.

I want to cancel my order but there is no option for that, the order hasn’t been processed or anything. I just want to simply cancel the order.

Still waiting for an exchange. They keep telling me that there going to exchange it but they don't.Will never order from this company again.

I want to cancel my order. How can I do it? Is there a return policy? I ordered a dark blue mist bomber jacket yesterday. No one is answering my question.

I'm pissed rn. I placed an order a few days ago. And I contact them right away, like 2 mins after that both through the website and SMS to cancel the order because I don't want it. I keep contacting them because I want to notify them before they shipped it. But no reply, no response, until an email of them said the order is already shipped and they can't do anything about it. It likes they don't care if you want the order or not, they force you have to receive the order and take the money.

This store sells garbage. Thats not even a joke. This place is like the 99 cent store online. They have tons a fake reviews on they website to scam you into thinking its worth buying. Dont waste your time and money.

Neither item purchased came even remotely close to fitting. Terrible customer service.

Buyers beware — the items look sleek online and when they arrive — late (tracking information said the item arrived a week and a half before it did), they are extremely poorly made. Terrible quality. There is no customer service number to call...you will only receive boiler plate emails offering a replacement. But I promise you — you won’t want a replacement — just your money back — which you won’t get.

Avoid all together....

HORRIBLE. NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE, OY RESPONSE IS VIA EMAIL, NOTHING GOOD CAN COME FROM THAT AS WE KNOW, ONLY SCAMS!!
It takes approximately 4 to 8 days for an email response. I ordered 3 items ALL medium. This "medium" could ONLY FIT A CHILD. HYPEST FIT VOWED TO REPLACE ALL WITH APPROPRIATE SIZE, HOWEVER WOULD NOT SEND PROOF OF A TRACKING NUMBER (why would you have to ask, reputable company would supply this basic information to any paying customer).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT. THEY CLAIM ITEMS SHIPPING NATIONALLY, NOT!!! RETURN ADDRESS IS CHINA, AND FURTHER MORE HELD AT CUSTOMS.

My jacket never came but your still sending me emails that it did ? Plzzzzz do not buy nothing from them !

The jacket is super nice but the NASA Logo was botched beyond proportion. How in the hell do you sell something like this? Do you not check for quality assurance?? And due to many other reviews I’ve seen, this happens very often. I want an exchange for a good jacket that was advertised or refund. If nothing is done, i will file a report

Been waiting over 5 months for a jacket. Cant even track the shipment anymore. noone has gotten back to me about it either. unbelievable

I’m pissed! I ordered the floral bomber all black with red flowers I received a crappy plastic bomber that has a zoomed in ugly floral print and white bodice.
I want what I ordered but now I don’t trust.

After almost 2 weeks I still have not received my purchase. I emailed customer service and they sent me a tracking number and after researching it, it was being delivered to New Orleans and I live in Pittsburgh. I would not recommend. Still waiting on the refund.

After waiting 4 weeks for my order. The size was not to fit as stated on the website. The Bomber jacket did not even come with the logo label on the jacket. The red tag is in Chinese lettering and the left pocket came with a tare on the inside. Trying to get ahold of someone for an exchange in the sizing and haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone!
