Hypest Fit 

The MIST jacket is Awesome but its price is little high. I'd highly recommended them.

I got the interstellar jacket for my son. He was very tall so I made sure to up the size for him. He is normally an xl and ordered a 2xl was perfect. He loves it.

Ordered a floral bomber jacket in black about two months ago and still haven't received it. All I got was an empty tracking. They haven't even delivered the package to USPS. All of a sudden, I get an email asking me for a review of a product I've never received. Make your assumption, but the customer experience is inferior and detrimental to the brand and our relationship as a retailer and consumer. F- you guys suck, you need to manufacture your product before charging people for it. Your business model is unsustainable and likely to become get rich quick scams.

Worst company ever! I emailed them 3 DAYS before shipment happened to CANCEL MY ORDER and they disregarded it for 3 days & shipped anyway!!!!

You guys are the worst company! I will be going to the BBB to write a review on you guys! Do not buy from this company!!! They make excuses and don’t refund your shipment. Then MAKE YOU PAY FOR RETURNING! I shouldn’t have to be responsible for this return as you guys FAILED I did not!

Worst store on the planet. Clothes are cheap, poor fit and descriptions do not match item. Also, they don’t offer refunds for their garbage clothing and they make no claims to the quality of their products or that you will be satisfied. this is a scam. Do not buy. You will be disappointed

i love the bomber jacket that I ordered. Customer service was accommodating and made sure I finally received what I ordered but it took a little while since they are so busy. Thanks Hypest Fit I'll be ordering more jackets and clothes going forward!

Very very poor communication with customers because they know it’s not 100% legit

I would give them a -minus star if I could. Terrible company. No return/refund policy if you don't like the style. They MIGHT accept a return and replacement IF you send them a photo of you in their item of clothing so they can determine the fit. What type of company does this? DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will end up donating the item to a homeless person. I plan to post a review like this on every site available as a Public Service Announcement.

The worst product and customer service.
The product quality was too awful and one of the NASA jacket has a defective which is...NASA logo is upside down. What on earth this kind of mistake occurs. Since I asked for replacement and refund, nothing action has been taken😡

Avoid this company at all cost. I fell like i have been the victim of a scam to some extent and they have the worst "customer care" department i have ever encountered. The issues with them started from the very beginning.

First i paid for express shipping to have items within 8 days, it took them over 3 weeks to have the items reach me and it took a further 2 weeks to get a refund for the cost of express shipping.

Secondly, I opened the package to see that only one out of two items i ordered were present, almost a month later they still have not rectified this issue. I have had to rasie numerous tickets with their "customer care" department and instead of responding to them all they do is close the ticket. I have had to resort to using the PayPal conflict resolution centre because Hypest Fit were essentially attempting to blame me for the item not being there by saying i should check with my neighbours and that it should have been in the package.

I will never deal with this company again, their customer care is horrendous and they have taken my money very happily over two months ago and still havent fulfilled my purchase.
I wish i could give them a 0 or a negative star.

Worst company i have ever dealt with and when i get my refund i will never deal with them ever again and urge future customers to not buy from them in an attempt to save yourself from experiencing this.

I honestly had a concern at first order from HypestFit, but made the order any way after asking them if there is a sizing issue, what will happen, and they assured me that they would be able to replace that for me. I ordered three jackets, two were perfect, and the third one I got for my wife, the size was not correct. I emailed them and they took it on their shoulder and replaced it for me immediately. Thank you guys! You deserve more than 5 stars!

Worst Customer Service Ever

It's sad that I cannot write a review on the actual company's website which is probably why they're still in business.

If you don't receive or get the wrong size, don't expect to get your money back or even get in contact with them. I've tried several emails and phone calls. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a M and it did not fit. It took me a long time to get in touch with the customer service team. Once I reached them, they told me that I needed to pay to ship it back to a specific address in CA. I didn't mind paying for the shipping, but a couple days later, my jacket got returned to me because they provided the wrong address. Two weeks later, multiple emails, and phone calls, I have yet to hear back from them on how to return my jacket for the correct size. This company is horrible, and I definitely do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

The customer service is horrible, they have a false return policy and are highly unethical. They lie about products and take your money and run. It is impossible to contact them via phone

The overall experience was good. The products arrived when expected and 2/3 items fitted me perfectly. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the hustle that comes with returning an item and the fact that there is no refund policy. The customer service could be better as well, they do respond but it is very delayed, sometimes it takes up to 2 days to respond.

Do NOT buy from this company.

I was very happy with the order and it came in alot faster than expected!

Item was not as advertised, very poor quality.

I was also refused a refund due to a changed policy after shipping the item back.
