My experience was great. The jacket is the best quality and shipping was super fast. I totally recommend.

I am happy with the product and experience with Hypest Fit. The arrival timing here were perfect! I have bought a bomber jacket navy blue. But i have an asian body size, i am not really tall nor big . S size for me is slightly big. If there is XS it will be perfect!

I ordered a MIST Bomber Jacket in Medium Size. I even specified in the COMMENT section of my order, that I was curious if a Medium was the right size for myself and hoped that someone would respond to my inquiry. Well, several weeks later the jacket arrived FROM CHINA and was an XL size. I emailed customer service who told me to take a photo of the jacket, and then ship it back to them in California at my own expense. My order # is #23859 and I am furious that they expect me to pay for shipping (which is almost as expensive as the jacket) when this was THEIR mistake.

Bought the bomber jacket and it came in good condition. The process was easy and the delivery was prompt. The sizing guide was quite spot on so I got the jacket that fits me nicely.

Is this company really legit??? A family member has experienced terrible service and sketchy communication. Do not appear to even read the e-mail that is even sent with regards to the issue. Refund policy is not a refund policy but a "return for replacement". No refund is offered. Sizing is way off for product and quality is inferior. Item appeared to be from a US website but came from directly from China. No accommodation for return outside of 30 days due to being away for when the package arrived.

Got my jacket and it was a perfect fit fast and efficient delivery am waiting on my second jacket which is a Harrington hopefully it will arrive soon

I ordered a bumper jacket from Hypest Fit. My first impression of the website was that it as an American website as the prices were in USD and there was no option to change the currency.

After my order I got the tracking number and was shocked that the jacket is coming from China. After a few weeks I received the item and it was the wrong size and the size label was torn off. I emailed them and explained the situation and they asked me to return the item to China to receive a full refund. The shipping costs almost as much as the jacket that I bought. After telling them so, they only offered me a 20% refund.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service and regret from buying from this website, just buy from a well known website and avoid this unreliable website at all costs, it's not worth it.

I was quite suspicious about this shop, but I tried it anyways since I trust in the good in people, but these seem very very shady. I am still not sure whether this is actually a real store or just a neatly maintained scam page. I have ordered a jacket two months ago...Haven't received the jacket nor a refund. Customer support answers with the same stories if at all.
So I am about to report them to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center as they at least state an American address in their newsletter... yeah.. whatever you do, do NOT order at this shop, you'll most likely end up paying for a frustrating customer experience and nothing in exchange.

The worst customer service. Took just over 3 weeks for my jacket to arrive. The size guide they provide online was way off, my jacket is too big. Asked via email how I can exchange it for the next size down? They required me to take a selfie of me wearing it!?!?! Which I did and sent the photos, twice and no response. It’s not like I’m asking for refund! It is unfortunate because the jacket is nice only to be made ugly with this kind of business practice. Buy from them at your own risk, you have been warned.

Recently brought 2 bomber jackets from hypestfit, one navy blue the other wine red, love both of them. They jackets actually look like the pictures and the quality and packaging is very good, would defiantly recommend.

Normally I never order clothes online outside of Amazon because of the hassle with sizing and my uncertainty with how reliable other sites are. Next time I will trust my gut because I am having a very disappointing and frustrating experience communicating with Hypest Fit. I am still waiting for my jacket or a full refund - I don't even know because they are taking so long to communicate back to me. Initially, I ordered a Medium but it was too big, so I emailed them about exchanging it for a smaller size. The first person I communicated with was actually helpful which is why I am giving 2 stars rather than 1. He recommended I get an XS after I told him my height and weight, and he mentioned that shipping costs however would be on me. Although hesitant, I understood because I still really wanted the jacket and a 20% refund would have been ridiculous. He was quick and clear with replying to me, so I was okay with the exchange process despite my having to pay an extra $15 just to ship the jacket back out. But it was okay because I was excited to receive my new jacket. After I shipped it out, it delivered to their facility in 2 days, so I emailed them to let them know along with pictures because he had asked me to send them. From there, the communication with Hypest Fit began to become very frustrating. I never got any updates as to if my order was shipped, I just kept getting emails that there have been changes with their company which I understand. I understand that it may take time to receive my jacket given the backlog, but I don't understand why it is so hard for them to at least give me peace of mind to know that my order has at least been shipped or in the process of. So I emailed them again saying that I understand that it may take time to receive my jacket, I just want to know if it has been shipped at all and if they could provide me a tracking number if so. That way, I know when to wait for it rather than worry somebody may have stole it. First they email me that "Rest assured your order will be sent ASAP!" But after waiting a few weeks I still didn't get any confirmation that they sent anything out so I emailed them to follow up to let me know if they were planning to ship it at all yet. Then someone emails me saying that they are processing my order, that if I had chose to pay the extra express delivery, I could have had it shipped even faster... then waiting another few weeks I followed up again because I still hadn't heard anything. Then she said that it has already been delivered and to discuss it with my post office and she sends me the tracking information based off the FIRST jacket I had received. Like excuse me that's not even the correct order, have you even SHIPPED it yet? If they had been reading any of my emails, my main concern was whether or not my NEW JACKET has been even SHIPPED. And she has to nerve to say that I could have gotten it sooner if I paid more? I don't even think they shipped my new order yet it sounds like. Feeling annoyed and frustrated, I emailed back saying that was the incorrect/first order she was referring to. I am referring to is my newly exchanged jacket they are supposed to ship out and I have been waiting patiently just to know that it has been shipped at all. I even resent my tracking information from the jacket I sent back to show her that the order she is referring to is incorrect as the date is earlier than the jacket I shipped back out. And that currently I am waiting on the newly exchanged jacket that is supposed to be resent out. Since then I have not received a single response as to even confirm they understood my email. I emailed again, and still nothing. That was an expensive jacket AND I paid extra shipping just to get the right size, and I am left feeling very frustrated with my experience communicating with this seller at at lost of at least $60. I was really excited for my new jacket to come, but honestly this experience has turned my mood so sour that I don't even know if I want it anymore and would rather just get a full refund including the hassle it took for me to ship it out. It really should not have been this difficult and frustrating, and I find it absolutely ridiculous that I had to go through this for a jacket. This experience confirmed why I was right to feel so hesitant with buying from somewhere other than amazon, and am really regretful for having even tried to buy from Hypest Fit. I am very disappointed and need to find out how to communicate with them about this since they are not responding to my emails and it is just stressful.

They discount the hell out of their product for a reason. Quality is very low, seem stitching is left uncut. Paid $45 for a bomber and I’ll definitely get my use out of it before something rips, but definitely would not recommend to anyone else.

Great item and great customer service would buy again.

I just ordered a mist jacket and it arrives in 2 weeks and it come a voucher jacket packed good and the jacket is good quality

Purchased a jacket through their website, didn't match the imaging and wasn't a quality product.

When I contacted them with my complaint, they took 11 days to reply to my feedback/complaint. When they finally replied, the service agent offered me a full refund of the product.

I agreed to this because thought that was fair due to the product not matching what I believed I was receiving. She then sent me a follow up email informing me that if I did wish to get a refund I would be required to send the product back to them at my own expense.

The cost of shipment would've eaten up about half the amount of the refund so I saw this as unacceptable. They then proceeded to offer me a 20% refund and I could keep the product (which I don't want and have since donated to charity).

They did eventually contact me and offered a refund which was appreciated, but it took a lot longer than I would have liked to get a result.

A 4XL was small enough to fit my 11 year old daughter. Jacket looks cool, but when I called to discuss a refund/exchange the toll free number had been canceled and the only other number went right to voicemail with a guy's voice, "Hi, This is Michael, please leave me a message" Doesn't feel like a real company.

If I get a response from them I'll gladly change my review, but for now, it's a big no for Hypest "UN" Fit.

Legit item, but they sent me the wrong size of the item. They sent me a 2XL jacket. However, I ordered Medium
