Mechanic was Keegan 8630 - he was courteous, friendly and efficient

Joe W came out to complete a service and replace a battery on our vehicle and was very polite and helpful and completed the work efficiently.
However the paperwork we received did not show what work had been done was not very helpful. Our service book was not stamped or signed and the paperwork didnt show what had been done. This was not helpful as it does not have proof for when we wish to sell the car, we have since received an additional email document stating a service was completed but again isnt very detailed in what has been completed.

Told mechanic that I would get RAC battery but only if they vould get it done before 10.30 this morning as I needed to take my housebound husband to an appointment, although did not give details, (Parkinson's disease appointment) as could not be sure Allford would have right battery here and there. Needless to say, I had to cancel and might have to wait another 3 months before we get another one! So I paid over the odds for something I was told I would get but did not! Tried to phone but automated message and then cut off. Thanks! Conclusion, if you are a vulnerabke elderly adult, do not use RAC. Will cancel cover when assurance due for renewal as not worth it.

Suraj called 25 minutes before he arrived at my property. He was courteous and polite. Had no problems at all.

Turn up nice and early in the day, nice and friendly, cracked straight on with the job and got it done. No messing, no mess and all done. Road tested the work they carried out and off they went again into the distance. Really convenient way of getting work done.

Very quick service

Timely, friendly, experienced helpful mechanic, texted in advance to advise of arrival, was punctual, courteous, fitted the replacement hose, and took the car for a test drive to ensure it drove ok. What more could you ask. I am a very happy customer whose car is now back on the road at the price quoted in advance, and a guarantee on the work too.

Nice easy experience with a very helpful nice technician had my service done within an hour and gave me a pointer as my oil was low that my car's engine burns more now as it's getting older so will need to keep an eye on it potentially saving me from letting it dry out and kill my engine.

Your mechanic was excellent, he explained what he was going to do and showed me the wear on the old parts. I would certainly use the RAC again.

Fari, the RAC mechanic was excellent. He answered all my questions with patience and explained everything . He had a very friendly attitude.

Particularly from my diganostic guy Shane, and also the repair guy Jordan Parsons (Badge id 5269), who went out of his way to drive and pick up steering fluid, to then return to me and get the job completed.
