Friendly and helpful staff, I ordered my Garmin watch from them rather than Amazon and it arrived faster than Amazon who wanted to ship from USA. I can’t recommend highly enough and will be buying more sport gear from this shop. 👍

Dropped a bike in without an appointment. The team at Sigma managed my request to complete a service and went to extra lengths to get it back to me for the bank holiday weekend. Great job on the bike. We will be back.

Absolutely fantastic service from Leon at the Letchworth branch. I turned up without an appointment to check out a couple of bikes and I was soon on the rollers trying some out! Booked to come in the next day and his help, advice and knowledge made it more than worthwhile. Just picked up my new bike and again Leon gave me everything I needed and more to leave the store with my new bike set and ready to go. Nothing was too much trouble throughout. Could not recommend more highly, the value of having a real specialist bike shop you can visit and get expert help was shown by the whole experience. Thanks Leon!
