Very knowledgeable, helpful, arrived on time

The person who did the service couldn't fault him very helpful and apologetic for being 4.5 hours late unfortunately the service from AA car care centre wasn't very good I booked the service for am I was about to ring and ask for a refund then they didn't contacted me until 45mins before he was here at 16.15 pm

Booked service and brake disc/pad replacement. On the day the job kept getting pushed back from lunchtime arrival to after 4pm. We were then informed that they could not do brakes as they didn't have the right tool. We were also moaned at that they weren't expecting a hybrid car (despite of fact you book under reg number which gives full car make and model plus supposedly tells you what tools to bring!). Since then we've been invoiced for service and brakes and two phone calls later still awaiting confirmation that they have corrected their error.

They kept me informed of what and when things were happening so I could plan my day. Also the technician who carried out the work was very professional and polite.

Ethan the mechanic was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently on my car, in my opinion the company could not have found a better mechanic with such brilliant customer service and skills.

Don't waste your time! Booked a mobile mechanic to replace some brakes. Was then phoned up to say they were ill. Rebooked it for the week after only to have an email the day before telling me the appointment was cancelled as they were unable to take payment (I'm guessing the pending payment they take timed out ). So I rebooked on again only to be told that there was a glitch and they needed to push back the appointment a week yet again. Didn't bother this time and cancelled the appointment. 3 weeks later, no new brakes, terrible service.

Ethan Hammond came to do full service at home, he was extremely polite,friendly and professional. He is an asset to your company, he explained everything he did.

Steve, was dedicated and professional. He arrived at 5pm having it seemed a very full day. All 4 wheels of pads and discs he renewed were not easy to exchange. However he stuck with it and completed and tested the breaks all good he finished arround 9pm so I could use the car the next day. A very big thank you to Steve.

I found the process of booking a mechanic very easy and he was polite and friendly when he arrived. The only criticism was that I had been told to expect a phone call in the morning to tell me roughly what time he would arrive and then again 15 minutes beforehand. Neither phone call was made which left me wondering if he was coming at all!!

Excellent service. The mechanic was very professional, was very through in the oil and spark plug change. Check the tyres and brakes and did test drive to ensure everything was okay. Great job at my door step.

Really happy - the mechanic was very clear, turned up punctually and changed discs and pads on my Mini. Cost £200 less than the local independent and supplied/fitted Pagid OEM kit … what’s not to like ?

Had fantastic service from you the mechanic was very professional and informative about my car as I kept asking questions about it hope he didn’t mind very easy to talk too and did a fantastic job would definitely recommend to everyone

Fair price, convenient and good service

As an AA Member I Tried to gain information re car servicing at my home address via telephone waited a long time to speak with Operator eventually got through but for some reason got cut off. Made second call to Operator awaited long time before being put through to relevant Department. The line was very faint could barely hear the staff member I wanted to know about wether my access at my home was acceptable & the cost of the service? I Could not believe your response! I could barely hear what was being said but heard something about using the internet. I gave up! Just been on the internet & found out about costs etc do not know if they relate to my vehicle. I guess it is an age issue & at 82 years of age I have to accept we are Computer illiterate! I will stick to my local garage Best Regards Rodney Taylor
