No warranty support - UPDATE
The product did not work on arrival. Have tried numerous ways to connect with the company support team but to no avail.
Checking their facebook page I see that this is a common occurrence with many irate customers. Avoid this company. DO NOT BUY unless you are prepared to lose your money on a faulty, badly made product.
UPDATE: Customer service contacted me. Refunded in full and treated me courteously. The company seems to have really lifted its game.
