I bought 3dsimo mini for my 10 year old daughter. She quickly learned to work with it and now it's hard to tear away from this work. The system of extensions is really very convenient and makes of 3dsimo mini not just a toy, but a useful tool in the house.

As soon as I opened the box learning how to use the pen was simple, easy, and very entertaining. I honestly see myself no l longer using clay to sculpt. The pen is great. Thank you!

I am very happy with this product! Everything works just as promised. The only complaint I might have is that the USA outlet converter wobbles a little bit, which is annoying because sometimes it comes unplugged. But other than that, I absolutely love it!

I love my 3dsimo mini that I've had for a long time now. I clean it every time I use it and it still works like it's brand new. I love all the attachments that come with it because it helps me fix a lot of things around the house on a daily basis. I really recommend the 3dsimo mini to a lot of people who would like to have on tool to do a lot of things. Customer service is also really great and the got in touch with my quite fast by email and phone.

Purchased it for my kids, but after using it for couple of days, i started using for architectural projects. Great tools. The customer service is excellent as well.

The 3dsimo mini came as expected and looked great. I did notice a slight difference in the extrusion tip from what ive seen online and in videos, but it didnt have any affect on its operation. I have had fun learning how to use it and look forward to the many planned projects ahead. Thank you for an awesome product!

Purchased the 3d simo basic for my son's birthday. Very disappointed as it stopped working 5 minutes after he began using it. I have written 5 emails to customer service asking to return the product and receive a refund. I get NO response.

I am happy to report that I have received a full refund for the 3d simo pen. The customer service representative got in touch with me and handled my issue expediently.

Great product, does everything it was meant to do. I've used it in multiple projects and had no issues with the pen. The phone app is also an amazing addition to the device as it allows for more control. Will buy from this company again.

Great product, the only thing I would complain about is the fact that we cannot change nozzle size but it isn’t that compromising, would recommend this to anybody, the other functions work great !

the product works correctly, what I do not like are the finishes. The plastic does not look good quality.
Another point that I did not like, is the communication with the company. since he does not respond to all the e-mails.

There were only two things I could think of about the pen which could be improved. Perhaps it could be weighted for a better balanced feel in the hand and the plastic seams could be smoothed out a bit. Other than that, the pen is working great!

It had some problems when it comes to PLA filament. Even though you have chosen the fastest speed - it extrudes slow - thus it might stuck in the nozzle so sometimes you just set it in the middle speed. The battery pack is somewhat loose you have to use a toothpick to align the connectors but when you're using it.. sometimes it disconnects so you have to put tape around it which does not look good on the video since I also post on my social media accounts (Instagram and YouTube). And the battery kinda drains easily since I use the 3DPen function most often. I love the soldering attachment since it's easy to clean after use (and can be used for plastic as well).
The wood burning and foam cutter function are both excellent. They give you a long length of nichrome wire.

Was great! Now it's just a piece of junk- doesn't work, because it literally melted itself. Now the handle is hot as hell, and nothing comes out. Takes hella long to heat up. I literally have been using it for like 30 minutes, trying to make something and in the middle of making my beautiful creation there's this holy hellish scream coming from my vocal cords screaming for help because i'm literally being immolated for god. pls replace

No goods, no answers. Never again!

Backed them through Kickstarter in Sept. 2015. To date, have received NOTHING - not even a defective product. All email messages to them have been ignored - NO RESPONSE! This is a TOTAL SCAM.

Update 06/04/18: Was finally contacted by them on May 11th, promising to send me what I ordered, and asking for my shipping address, which I immediately sent them. Here we are, weeks later, and surprise, surprise: received NOTHING from them. TOTAL SCAM AGAIN. If I could possibly give them a ZERO star rating, I would.

I wish I'd seen this page before I ordered one! Same thing as everyone else. Defective. Melted after 5 minutes of use and I have sent countless emails and not received any response whatsoever. Don't waste your money!

I received the product only to find it that after 1 use the 3D printing attachment burned through itself! I have tried contact the company numerous times now and no response have come back. Never purchase from this company! I will be going to my bank to get this sorted out.
