The boys were fantastic, they arrived early, good communication, nothing was a problem and were quick and got the job done in no time at all. Nothing broken nothing scratched.

Let's start with good things. Booking process and move preparation was good. They supply free boxes that is an excellent initiative, I hate the fact that moving boxes are usually used only once...
Movers were in time and started to load the truck...

... at the speed of an old lady strolling with an old dog. I had a hope that they will heat up but it didn't happen. Instead they started to complain about heavy boxes (most of them I have packed and moved around alone) and stairs (that was known in advance) and even that things will not fit into the truck (that didn't happen).
In summary they were very unhappy to work.

I've moved the same amount of staff
a year ago from Randwick to Naremburn and it took 6 hours travel included for 2 men.
Which means roughly 2.5hours to unload the truck in Naremburn. For AAA men it
took 5 hours to load from the same place, there was only 10 min drive to the destination. And at the end we had no choice but to
help them so we have a chance to finish the move in one day.
So in order to achieve this performance they were using trolley for any
even lightest of my boxes (and it takes time to go downstairs with a
trolley) and didn't collaborate between them (for example one was
desperately trying to carry a mattress by himself)

I've put a lot of efforts to
secure parking spaces just in front of the exit in both locations.
There was no way to be closer than it was, but still I was charged for long walk. Apparently if they cannot park in front of your door, it's a long walk straight away.

I've read a lot of good reviews about this company and this weighted a
lot in my choice. Among them I've seen a review telling the same story
a mine. Unhappy, slow, and unable to complete the move in time without
help. My expectation was that they managed to fix this issue but
apparently the same movers are still working there and do the same
job.
Based on my compliant to the Quality department I presume that the company in endorsing this behaviour. They didn't try to propose me any satisfactory answer to my claim, didn't explain any of my observations but just tried to buy me (very cheap) so I don't post a negative review.

Excellent service and quick turnaround and boys very polite very honest and helpful
I will reuse them in future removals

The company & the 2 guys that came to move my furniture were lovely they took care or all I had to move with nothing was too much for these guys & did so with a smile which made my move smoothly, I would use these guys/company again today before on my next move definitely 👍😁🤗🙏

We have used other removalist before and was very disappointed but this is the first time we used AAA City Removalist, fantastic service, punctual and very friendly staff, I would definitely use them again.

Very happy with our experience with AAA City Removalists yesterday. Had three guys (didn’t get their names) that trekked up and down 50-60 stairs and didn’t mess around. One in particular was also quite nice to my two year old daughter.

The boys on Fabio and Simon were nothing but excellent and efficient on the day. Me and my partner were stressing about our coming move, but as soon as they arrived to our property, they started working with no hesitation and our worries went away. They took really good care of all our items and worked really efficient. We even had alot of items in out garage but they moved that in no time. Nothing but appreciation for that crew and for the office team at AAA and will definitely be using them again in the future. I strongly recommend to use this company as they turned a really stressful day into an easy one for a good price.

Such fantastic service. Called the day before to confirm and when they were on the way. Incredibly professional movers Mohammed and Farouk were fantastic and treated our things with respect. Quick and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone moving.

Randy and his team (Truck 9) were extremely helpful on the day, making sure my items were handled with care. I would strongly recommend AAA City Removalist to anyone looking to make their next move.

We booked 3 guys. They arrived on time. Carefully wrapped our items for storage and moved everything with care. Reliable and efficient and did a fantastic job!

Efficiency and professional
But extra costs of bubble wrap and heavy items were expensive and bor discussed in quotes

Many thanks to Marwan and his crew in Truck #2. The crew was punctual and reported on time to start the job. A quick review of items to be moved was followed with Marwan’s practical advice on what items we needed to bubble wrap and an understanding of where it was going. The reason we were moving from 1 storey to 2 storey house.

Throughout the job, Marwan and his crew had a smile on their face and were very cooperative. The job was completed on time without any fuss or drama.

Overall the experience was a good one and we were very comfortable with Marwan and his crew.

I am so happy with this service... the boys were professional and courteous. Helped me with whatever they could. Very efficient.
Will definitely use them again when I move next time.

Big thank you to AAA for my move in a difficult time. The professional and efficiency of the guys was fantastic. They were extremely polite and were extremely helpful, nothing was a problem. They made the stress of moving so much easier. I would highly recommend them for a move.

I can not rate AAA highly enough. I’d give them a 10 out of 5. Nothing was too much trouble and the boys were fantastic. I’ll be using again and recommending to all of my friends!
