I’m not amused by this company and their logistics.

I’m not amused by this company. Today a delivery would take place of a fridge which first was going to be delivered between 8-5 with a later notification about a more accurate timeslot it would arrive in. I Had to stay home from work for this and take out all stuff from my old fridge (defrost, clean etc) and move it as this would be taken for recycling. After the time slot passed nothing arrived and I got into contact with costumer service about this issue. They in themselves were helpfull sort off but also informed me nothing was actually sent as the item was not in stock. But then it was in stock when ordered but then apparently it was not and then after receiving an email it was in stock again but then checked by calling costumerservice again it then wasn’t so all really confusing. Cancelled order but who knows? Have to now put everything back again and come up with a new plan and order somewhere else. Also apparently paying to have it placed into your house only goes as far as there is no step in your house because it would not be moved over that as I later was informed. So paying for extra service is completely useless unless live on a completely flat surface with no steps or thresholds.

PayPal and Visa don't work or is a scheme?

Tried to buy a television (Samsung 50QN92B - 1.658,95 EUR) last friday (16th september) from BCC website. Paid with PayPal but on the BCC website it showed an error. But the amount was withdrawn from my PayPal/Credit card and my Bank said that they send the money and it needs to be confirmed by BCC.
After talking with the customer service through WhatsApp, they told me that they didn't received the money and I believed that and today (22nd september) I tried again to buy the TV using directly my credit card. I accepted the movement in my Online Banking and again error on the BCC website.
Now I have 2x 1658,95 EUR (3317,90 EUR) on my credit card and NO TELEVISION!!!
I want my money back!!! BOTH orders!!!

BCC not caring about their delivery

I had an order from BCC and paid extra for a specific delivery time. DHL did not showed up and claimed they missed us. I got a smart door bell recording all movements. So no one came and I got the proof. When I told BCC what happened, they said I can get it the day after. Sorry? why then I paid extra fees? And the funny thin, when I said I will cancel it, they do not even give me any other option and said ok.

The delivery costs of €1,95 is for a delivery in the evening, it has nothing to do with preventing delays. That is not to say a delayed delivery is desirable, it definitely isn't. Sorry for the delay and the inconvenience.

Previously I write a bad review and they contact me ,and after 2 month nothing...I didn't receive my money back and they didn't want to send it to me on another IBAN,my previous are blocked and they send this money for the 4 time to my blocked accountant I ask them if they can to resend to me that MacBook and silent...nobody answer to me and nobody can solved my problem..a bad service guys really

Item good installation needs improvement

The inbouw dishwasher delivered in good condition. However during the installation the back panel of the cupboard has been brutally torn, one of the holes has been screwed inside a neighboring cupboard and is sticking out. I'll have to fix the back panel and find a way to cut the sharp screw.

Worst installation service ever experienced

Recently I ordered a fridge to be installed in my kitchen. The order went smooth, but then the trouble started. The guys who did the installation were rude (started making their own coffee, using my machine) and started asking for extra money since in their opinion a pipe needed to be shortened (which took 5 minutes in total).
After the installation was completed it turned out, the dish washer was not working properly anymore. The water could not be pumped, because the men who did the installation did not shorten the pipe, but had pushed the pipe down, blocking the drain pipe of the dishwasher. After contacting the BCC customer service, they said this was my problem as the dish washer was not bought at BCC.
If any of your electronics need installation, please do not order it at BCC as they leave you with the mess.

Worst customer service - avoid BCC!

Now i know why i should stick to ordering at Coolblue instead of BCC. The customer service of BCC is just terrible, not worth the 0,70€ price difference with the competitors...
I ordered products and one of them was defective, so i wanted to return it. On the website of BCC you can choose to return via DHL for free. I selected a pakketautomaat from DHL in my neighbourhood on the BCC website. Once there with my package, I try to return it, but you need a QR code or package code to do so. BCC didn't provide one, so I called the customer service. After 20 minutes on hold I talked to a "charming" young man who told me that they have nothing to do with DHL and as such will not provide with a return code so i can send the product back. He said I should just google it myself, then hung up on me. Lovely.

That's not the way to handle a call from one of our customers. We of course have something to do with DHL. It's the parcel service that we chose to deliver parcels to customers, and to provide a return service. Spouting such nonsense during a call is not what we should be doing. Hanging op on you is even worse. Sorry for this failure and the inconvenience we have caused.

Products not delivered / cancelled last minute

How a good shop goes bad! Pleasantly low prices, but a customer service (and follow up of complaints) matching that. Two cases: 1) earlier this year a bought a new PC. It was supposed to be delivered including wireless keyboard and mouse, but alas, not. Called customer service. They would look into it. A fortnight on, heard nothing. Called again. O yes, they looked into it and the delivery agent did not find the mouse and keyboard. OK, now what? You pick a keyboard and mouse from the shop up to €50.- and we deliver it for free. Some time after, I call again and pass on my choice. Got a confirmation, but the mouse and keyboard never arrived. I am too reluctant to call again and they never followed up on this.
2) ordered an activity tracker which was in stock, but on the day of the promised delivery a mail: sorry, we cannot deliver on short notice and we will make a refund. I am really disappointed that this was done without consultation. Now it shows as out of stock and the price is up €20,- (matching virtually all other dealers).

What is going on in that organisation? It used to be such a fine, but not great, shop.

You mention two problems. About the first problem; if a delivery was not complete we should solve this problem, especially if we have already promised you to send you a keyboard and mouse of choice. Sorry for the inconvenience. We would like to investigate this issue to see where it went wrong.

About the second problem; we have to admit that there recently have been a few articles in our assortment that were shown on our webshop as being in stock, while in reality there was nothing in stock at all. If it's an article which we don't expect to get back in stock, we do indeed cancel any orders that have been placed for that article, since we have no way of delivering it.

Could you pass along your order number that's on the receipt or invoice of the order for the PC? We could then investigate what happened to the mouse and keyboard, if you so wish.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. My friend placed a pre-order for a Sony headphone on 12/05/22, but has yet to get it. I contacted customer support to inquire about it. On the first occasion, on May 25, the guy said, "Yes, we have problems with your order, I will send you another email, and the headphones will be sent to your address on Monday," but nothing happened after that. Then, on 30/5/22, I called them again, and another guy told me that the order was still having issues, but that he could place a new order for me with a new order number and email confirmation. The headphones should arrive the next day. And it still not deliveryl. Then I called again, and the guy said yeah, you'll get an email from DHL today, and the headphones will arrive tomorrow. I've been contacting this company like an idiot and still haven't received the headphone!!!

My eomplyer is paying my salary from…

My employer is paying my salary from that bank but for the month of may and june they haven't paid me, they say the transaction was successful and sent me the confirmation but my bank says they didn't get any money, they stole my money, frauds!!!!
It's not a purchase it's a trasnfer made from the company i work for that never reached my bank
This is supposed to be the confirmation number that you're asking for in the reply
