Toilet has only just been installed and the toilet seat is already not stable and moving.
The flush isn’t very good.

Fantastic customer service. Missed an item off my order, but they were able to honour the one time discount I had used for the item I had inadvertently missed off.

Excellent all round service and very helpful information from Ellie. Would recommend highly for any bathroom fittings in the future.

Paid extra for Sat before noon delivery, only 2 items out of the three were delivered. The largest item (a shower screen) was then delivered without notification and just left outside my home, while I was at work. I have been given the delivery charge back.

A complicated problem identifying a part was resolved and the replacement dispatched the same day. Excellent customer service.

Do not buy anything from this company. We had a really bad experience with our kitchen tap. Small company like this, they only wants your money. They customer services is awful. We bought a kitchen tap during our renovation, tap didn’t even last 5months. They won’t replace it, but they are happy to send the parts. Which is bollocks.

We ordered a shower tray, screen and support arm which arrived promptly and well packaged. We then took about three years to complete our bathroom refurbishment and realised during install we were missing a vital grub screw. We contacted the company and Kelly there was brilliant, getting back in touch promptly, keeping us informed at every stage and importantly sourcing us and sorting a solution. 5 star customer service. Highly recommend.

We bought a fold out shower door.
They sent the wrong sized bottom sealant, wrong size Alan key and the shower glass is connected at different and wrong heights so the door can not unfold or fold
Properly without scraping the glass. I have tried contacting their helpline and it is shut at 2pm on a Friday. I have emailed them multiple times without a response. Appalling

Emily at the Big Bathroom Shop is AMAZING! So helpful, easy to contact (unlike many other companies!) and resolved my issue beyond even what I was expecting.
I am so happy with all the products and just happened to break part of the flush handle. Without any fuss at all Emily replaced!

The product I purchased was great quality and the service I received from Shaunna was excellent in resolving a problem I had with the return. I can't fault the service I received from start to finish.

We ordered a bathroom seat from the big bathroom shop which came as described. Unfortunately the fixings didn’t lock in place as they should so I emailed customer services and had fast and helpful responses to resolve the issue. Huge thanks to Karen for her assistance in resolving this for us swiftly. Really happy with the end result.
