GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION! received email this morning. I've been given same excuses as you all. They sold on my registration and I've never been paid. They are fraudsters. They have stolen our property so this could well be a police matter. It could be the third party have paid for stolen property which could be an offence and recovery maybe possible. Do not use this company it’s an absolute con they just want your money then do nothing more. Avoid

I bought a plate back in September never got any paper work from them. Then I have my details over the phone to get the it registered I heard every excuse in the book. They had the balls to blame the DVLA . I want my money back robbing ********

I said this was a scam months ago.
Been promised my refund since March. After 120 days the bank cannot get the money back. Scammers 3 girls who worked there knew what was going on. Look at all the reviews!! Here is a picture of the chap who owns the bussiness!!

Been waiting for payment since June!!
Had all the excuses that everyone else has mentioned along with numerous promises to sort this out.
The numberplate that I bought for my husband for his 30th birthday over 20 years ago is now sitting on someone elses car and we have not received the payment.

Just to inform everyone as of 28-Dec-2023 CLICK4REG has gone bust! i paid £1400 for a plate that i never got.after 2 weeks not getting my retention certificate i phoned but their phones were down for maintenance, i phone the business next door and they assured me the receptionist was there as her car was outside fortunately for me my bank re-imbursed me and are chasing Click4reg.

Gone bust ! Owing me for a plate I sold them 3 months ago.

Avoid this rip off company at all costs!
Sold my Plate to them for £2500. Still nothing after 3 months. Phone lines constantly down, and they tell me on email that the payment system is down so no payments can be made! How do they get away with this??

THESE PEOPLE ARE ROBBING YOU. DO NOT SIGN A THING THEY SEND. They make all types of excuses, blaming the DVLA and then awaiting a bank transfer date. The phones are apparently down for maintenance. Yet the other company owned by the same company director (fakoury group limited) do answer the phones.

I’m currently in the process of getting legal advice, contacting trading standards and also the police over a possible fraud.

I do hope they pay up soon otherwise I will be visiting them in the near future for an…..explanation!

Bought plate in October now being ghosted via email d phone lines are allegedly down! This is a complete scam! Blatant theft of money. Bought plate for a gift and now just read reviews! Stay away for god sake this is not a legitimate company!

Do not buy anything from this company,paid for number plate 25th November now not answering phone calls or emails it was bought as a Christmas present.
Wish i had read reviews first,now going to claim back through redit card company.

This company are nothing short of a joke. Avoid them at all costs. They ignore emails and you can’t contact them by phone. Their line has been under maintenance for weeks and they haven’t paid me for a reg I sold 7 months ago.

This company should be struck off! Paid almost £800 for a registration number and have heard nothing. The phone is in constant maintenance and no reply's to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Owed £500 and can’t get hold of them as phones are down and they are not responding to emails. Yet when they wanted my registration they rang me once/twice a day.

Sold my number plate. Made up lies about DVLA taking 12 weeks (they didn't, I checked) then said accounts system was down, then said phone system was down. All untrue and excuses for not paying me the £800 they rightfully owe me, Still no resolution. Thieves and crooks. Don't go near them.

Purchased a number plate in 5th november for a xmas present for our son.
When I chased the purchase I was told it was a delay on DVLAs part, so we waited longer.
There now not replying to emails and phone lines have been closed for weeks for supposed maintenance! I wonder why!!
We contacted DVLA who had no record if this plate being purchased let alone processing a retention certificate !
We have purchased the plate directly through DVLA with no problem and are now taking legal proceedings against this fraudulent company !
HOW do these people sleep at night knowing they've lied and stolen from hundreds of people - pure scum!

After waiting 6 months for payment and excuse after excuse we are now going down the court route. Excuse after excuse, not worth discussing with them. I wish we had never heard of them.

Ordered and paid for a private plate at the start of November and have unfortunately received no communication since, despite making numerous efforts to chase via email and phone. Phone lines are constantly closed for maintenance or otherwise kept on hold. Definite scam, they need to be held accountable for the money that they have stolen.

Complete con and like the others reviews I wish I had checked this site before ordering back in november.
No reply to emails, telephone line down for maintance.
Going to ask bank if they can get my money back, worst part is I ordered this as a birthday present for my son, how do these people sleep.

Stay away from this company. Sold my plate in June and still to date I have had no money, phone lines are constantly down and no one is responding to emails. I taking further action and calling the police.
