I think it could be a scam.

I purchased a plate over 6 weeks ago.
I didn’t receive any confirmation emails
Or updates. So I phoned and they said it was taking longer dvla side.
I explained I hadn’t had any emails etc.
They said it would be with me very shorty. Over 3 weeks since then any I still haven’t received any update from them.
Now the phone number is off
For maintenance. I don’t think I’m going to receive my plate. Which I paid a lot of money to this company. It’s an absolute joke. !!

Do not!!! I repeat do not bother with this company. I ordered the plates weeks ago and nothing arrived they said they have sent out paper work 3 times now but I’ve received nothing. I’ve then asked for my money back but been told that the payment system is down. This is an absolute lie just like there phone lines are down, lie!, posted paper work out, lie ! I wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand as it looks like they use the same lie over and over. I’m going to have to claim back through my cc company.

A complete scam, been waiting for money 16 week mutual phone line not connecting, spoke to several other people in the same situation. Stay away!!!!

I sold my private registration to this company in May of this year. I have chased and chased and was finally told last week that I would be getting my money. I have chased again and was told on Friday that the payment system is down!!!! The number on the bottom of the email does not work and the telephone number on the web page is also not available today. I will be taking legal action. I would be grateful for any advice.

I have previously only purchased registrations through DVLA auctions and was apprehensive about dealing with any private company including Click4Reg, however I found them to be very professional with excellent communication at each stage of my purchase. I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again and would recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a private registration.

Con Merchants. Do not purchase anything from this company.
They sold me a Private Registration they did not have.
Despite numerous phone calls and agreement to refund the money, no money has ever been refunded.
Latest excuse is that their 'System' is down!!
Now looking to take the company to court to recover the refund due.

Bought a plate off them never received it fobbed off with dvla excuse bought 3plates off them before no problem phone down looks like ive been scammed

They have sold my plate but have not sent proceeds to me. Countless calls and emails but constant excuses. AVOID!

HAVE NOTHING to do with these cowboys! I'm still waiting after 6 months for a refund, but their "systems are down". LIARS@

We placed on order with Click4Reg for a personal number plate and paid extra for the "Premium Registration" and Transfer Service in July 2023.
Click4 Reg were very efficient in taking our money.
We have then had to chase Click4Reg constantly to process and deliver the number plates.
Today, 5 months later, and after numerous calls, emails etc to Click4Reg with their non ending excuses, we have finally given up and cancelled the order and processed return of funds via our bank.
I commend our bank in returning the full amount to us within hours of raising the complaint to them. I suspect that our bank probably has this company on a black list of fraudulent companies and hence were so quick to reimburse us.
I suggest that you do not process any transactions with Click4Reg as they are clearly a fraudulent company and should be investigated by the authorities.

Do not touch this company! ordered a private plate, was told that they couldnt contact seller many times, asked for a refund, had to chase for a refund many times with lots of excuses, they never replied to my emails or returned my calls. I eventually made a claim with my bank and managed to get my refund through them.

I am waiting for £150 for selling my plate in May 2023. The excuses are unbelievable. But it gets better, the phones have broken down and the payment system has failed. You couldn't make it up. The most crooked company I have had the displeasure if dealing with.

This company lies through its teeth avoid at all cost sold no plate in June for £700 and still no payment.I know my plate has been sold as I was driving down my local bypass and a grey vauxhall passed me with my cherished plate on.Contacted numerous helplines to no avail so am now going to court.

Really smooth service from start to finish and well kept updated through the entire process. Would definitely recommend 👌🏾

Really disappointed purchased reg in September for daughters 21st in December. Chased end of October then weekly now the phone lines are down no answer from the online form or email. Don't buy think the company may have gone bust.

Where's my money completely? Blanking me now £808 12 months ago for a Christmas present. Still no plate, still no refund. How can this company be getting away with this? I've been promised a refund since April every week. Keep getting the same excuses need to speak to the accounts team to sorted all so supplied me with a Fake reference number saying they have sent me my money

Sold my number plate to them way back in July. Initially communication was great as I suppose they wanted the retention forms sending in, but same as other people on here I have been calling the past 4 weeks chasing for my payment and they have been making excuses. They said I would be paid last Wednesday, I think that was to stop me calling everyday, I looked in my bank on Wednesday, there was no payment. I tried calling and to my upmost annoyance it says the phone lines are down for maintenance!!! I'm so upset. I then emailed and got a half hearted reply saying the phone lines are down so no-one could transfer my money. Has this company gone under?? And how do I get my money. Can I call the DVLA? Stay away from using this company. I've wasted so much time calling them to no avail, but will continue until I have my money.
