Very happy with this service
Very happy with this service, sold my private reg with them. I had my reg listed elsewhere with other online reg companies for ages and had no contact nor interest until i listed with click4reg and got several interest within a few weeks which made me very happy and confident that they would sell my reg for me as need the money. I accepted an offer which was very reasonable and didnt have to barter back and forth to get the amount i wanted.I had a very lovely knowledgeable lady from their transfer department call me and sent me emails to update me with the process, the staff answered every question i had quickly and efficiently. there was a slight delay as i needed a replacement retention certificate due to misplacing mine during a house move but the team was amazing in helping me with this. The customer service was fantastic and everyone of the staff members i had spoken too was welcoming and couldn't do enough for me. I have received my payment today with no problems which makes me a very happy customer!!!

Everything good, but sold plates need to be removed immediately from the site, I tried to buy 4 other plates before the plate I eventually bought, they’re all still up on the site - the sold ones.

I will look in to this for you this evening to find out what the registrations are that are not available as you are absolutely correct if we have been told that they are not available then they should not be live.
We try our best to keep the system up to date and rely upon sellers updating us if their registration becomes unavailable. Unfortunately, there are occasions when they do not update us and we do not find out that a registration is no longer available until we receive interest and contact the seller.
Having said this, we are currently making changes to the system which should resolve this problem.

Terrible service, awful company
Worst company, do not use!!! They have had my number plate since November last year and still haven't paid me for it when they said it would take only 10 weeks. It's been 7 months, communication has completely died from them, they have missed payment deadlines, and their phone lines are constantly closed during opening hours. I'm still waiting to be paid for what I've sold to them. Find a better company to buy/sell your plate through or buy/sell one privately.
They have actually sold my plate and someone is driving around with it, yet I still haven't been paid!
Update: I have now been paid after the company called me apologising for the delay (conveniently after I posted my reviews). They made some excuses about phone lines being down and the payment being held up by the bank, but I highly doubt both claims.
My review remains at a 1* for their awful service and complete lack of communication. Use them at your own risk.

My partner bought a Plate online on March 27 Th as a wedding gift.
No paperwork arrived and on phoning another lot was sent out it didn,t arrive either, in fact every e.mail and call was answered with an excuse,delays with Postage,delays with DVLA lost certificates,pretty much a copy of the negative reviews on this site, my partner eventually demanded his money be returned,he was then given a date of when the refund will be arriving in his bank.
The worst part of this is my partner is genuine and trusting and you abused that trust,but be rest assured,if this refund is not in his account on the day stated i will instruct our bank to recover the money,and if that is going to cause an issue,i will raise an application to a small claims court ,i am a legal secretary and for my employer those type of claims are a milk run.I will not insult this company or make any spurious remarks about it or the staff,others looking at this feedback can judge for themselves.
I will follow up with feedback to see if refund arrives.
As promised an update.I Received re-fund of payment,I don't know what has happened with this company but if they want to continue trading they need to buck their ideas up, they can't complain about poor feedback it is their fault.

I am sorry that you feel we were giving your husband excuses constantly. I had advised you husband that it would be best to order a new certificate due to the time that had past without receiving this which would rectify the problem and we would receive the new certificate within 7-10 days which he was happy for me to do. Unfortunately 3 days later your husband requested a refund and said you were not happy to proceed. I had advised I would refund the payment and the refund would be with him today, thank you for confirming that you have received the refund back today.
I have since been exchanging emails with your husband who advised he will be in contact with ourselves to reprocess your order if you were happy to proceed and the review you previously left was deleted. However you have now left another review.
I did not cancel the order with the Dvla as your husband wanted the registration and I have this certificate here now ready to transfer on to a vehicle today as your husband was going to contact me today to discuss and I didn't want him to have further delays.
I apologise for the trouble you have had and hope that we can change your review of us as a company in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed order in March. Repeatedly have to chase for an update on my order. Repeatedly told it's the fault of the DVLA and supplier of number plates. Checked today and the number plate I have ordered and paid for is still for sale on their website! Avoid this company at all costs.

Very happy with this service. Bought a reg and was advised to make an offer which I didn’t realise was a thing. I’d tried to buy 3 previously from other websites which all turned out to be unavailable which is ridiculous! This company could provide the registration so that was a good start. I paid the advertised price as it was very fair and I didn’t want back and forth bartering. They stayed in constant contact every few days saying where things were upto.Every tine I called them back they answered quickly and each person could pull up exactly where I was in the process and advise. The customer service was exactly what it should be in this country! Very Impressed!
