This is a fantastic store
This is a fantastic store - we travelled down to look at benches and thought we had a good idea of which one we wanted. After seeing them in the store and with the help of Julian (who was brilliant), we chose something completely different and much more suited to what we needed. The bench has now been in place at home for a couple of weeks and is getting a lot of use. Would highly recommend this store and Julian.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. Got a treadmill for around £2500 on 28th August 2024, had a fault with the machine July 2025. Raised this with the customer service. And after over a year and 3 engineer visits. They’ve now say they’re refunding me for £1603. Their words were “ As your treadmill has been in use for a period of time, we have calculated a pro-rata refund based on the length of time the product was used without any reported faults, compared against the remaining warranty period”. Like what I used this machine for less than a year!!!
