Bit disappointed I could get the 2 vinyl album deal because 1 record had to be ordered in so I had to pay full price for both as single purchases, come on hmv sort that out

Well packaged. Main issue was I was notified on Sunday evening it was being dispatched . Turn out it was dispatched the next evening so would no be in the postal system until Tuesday morning. Finally arrived on the Friday. Send notification on Monday evening.

From ordering the dvd to getting it was a great experience. Arrived on time. Package treat well no damage. Looking forward to watching it now.

Wrong item was sent, however the return was simple and the refund processed quickly.

I prefer to order what I can from HMV rather than using the likes of Amazon. Never had any issues with ordering to collect from the Liverpool store and the staff are always extremely helpful.

Excellent service and delivery

Well packaged , on time and messaging ahead and for pick up was great

I got a notification that my online order had been dispatched for click and collect. A week later and still no notification that it is ready to be collected. Sent a message on the help centre and had the usual we've received your query, but nothing else. Tried phoning the store to chase it, it's a charge number and there was no answer.
Out of pocket by nearly £200, I'm fuming!
