Protyre Autocare - Poole Cabot Lane Reviews 

I had been experiencing a vibration when driving between 35 and 45 mph , I had the tyres checked at a competitor of ProTyres and they said that they were fine, however I still had the vibration so decided to have all four wheels balance and had been told that ProTyre was the place to go .
Brought the car in to the Cabot Lane branch where they balanced all four wheels and was told the vibration should of gone now but if there was still any issue to bring the vehicle back ,
I drove the car for a couple of days but could still feel some vibration so arranged to take it back to ProTyre for further inspection .
I waited whilst a technician took the car round the block , a while after he had returned to the garage the receptionist asked me to go into the workshop and have a word with the technician who I must say was really good and explained that it was not a wheel balance problem but the fact that the two front tyres were out of shape and hence the vibration problem .
I agreed to have two new tyres but not Pirelli’s this time due to them going out shape .
The receptionist (Chris ) was very apologetic about them not noticing the problem when the wheels were balanced and not only gave me a good price on the two new Falken tyres but also refunded the money charged for the balancing.
I was very impressed with the way ProTyre went about their business and will definitely use them again in the future ,

The local garage in Cabot lane Poole was fantastic. Enthusiastic friendly helpful knowledgeable.

Everything was good.

Staff were friendly and help full. However, their computer booking system did not accurately allow enough time for the booking. We arrived on time but they were running 45mins behind so went back home (luckily only 5mins away) so I could drive back with my husband in my car, so he could leave his car there as we didn't have time to wait.

Needed a complete set of tyres and new valve pressure sensors all round.
Virtual paid the same price as I did for a set 18 months ago, what a result given the current climate.
The tyre sensors came in at £48 + VAT , per sensor, this was a great result given on line and local auto factors where quoting £72 including VAT per sensor.
Before you look else ware for tyres, I would suggest you give these guys a call.

Great customer service and competitive prices

I've been a regular customer of Protyre, and have been for years. I've always received good service and felt able to ask questions.

Normally very good fitter must have been a rush left wheels covered in lubricant etc
