Very welcoming and friendly staff who turned out to be very knowledgeable as well.

I'm really impressed with the service I received. The team quickly located my old account and cancelled it for me, which was a huge relief. They made sure my new membership is the only active one, leaving me with no lingering worries. It's a fantastic feeling to have everything sorted out so efficiently.

Friendly and welcoming
I find my local Puregym friendly and non-judgemental, I have a PT once a week and have even started going alone. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have joined the gym one month ago…
I have joined the gym one month ago paid the membership plus the 15 £ joining fee which is 42£ paid that and then after one month they charge me the same money when l should pay 27. Never going back to this gym l have cancelled the direct debit.

I looked on the website if they do any…
I looked on the website if they do any free trail tours because l wanted to see the gym before l would join and l didn't found any offers or anything that could give me this opportunity which makes it harder to join a gym.
I paid the 10 pounds day pass gym to see how it is. But got disappointed as there was no new members discount joining.

I joined with a New Year offer (no joining fee) only to find a few day later there was an offer of 50% off your first month!!! I don't like it when companies do this... we should ALL get that offer... This is my 1st time joining PureGym!

The gym is good & the classes are good…but showers are very poor
The gym is good & the classes are good but the male showers & changing room is very poor what with dirty showers , dirty floors , litter on the floor , one of the showers is still out of order , holes in the wall , I could go on. I have previously left feedback to yourselves about the showers but they are still appalling. I'm actually thinking of going elsewhere as I'm fed up with saying the same thing about shower facilities.

Easy to join
Easy to join, clear pricing, directions and parking info. Website excellent and user friendly. Very tidy gym, good facilities, clean changing rooms, lots of equipment in good order. Only quibble was the rucked up carpet under the sled push, needs replacing.
