Best decision to go to Three …
Thank you to Jess who was very kind in helping set up my new phone from scratch. As someone who's older. I haven't a clue. Visiting my network I was shocked at the lack of services and going into Three in the mall was the best decision I've made. Jess helped put my mind at ease and was extremely patient and helpful. I've now switched over and will recommend my friends to do the same.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy to sort my contract out. The guy in the store (Plymouth) ensured I got a good deal and saved me having to move contracts. I have been with three for ages and signal is always decent, but good to see the support is good too.

5 pound sim scam
Signed a contract 3.5 years ago was scamed into taking a additional 5 pound sim card that would lower the overall contract by 2 pounds a month for 2 years. Sounds great still paying for this 5 pound a month sim 3.5 years later although the actual contract they registered my email, on the 5 pound they "forgot" so can not cancel it without going into a Three store and getting them to do their job properly. Never even activated this sim but will have to keep paying for another couple of months. Recommend anyone else
