WE CAN'T FAULT THE PRODUCT ICARSOFT PRO+ IT IS WELL BUILT AND EASY TO USE. I'M WAITING FOR THE MOTORCYCLE VERSION SOON TO BE RELEASED SO THAT MY HOME WORKSHOP CAN COPE WITH THE INCREASING ELECTRONICS WITHIN OUR CARS AND BIKE NOW AND GOING FORWARD.

I'd been quoted 'quite a lot' for 4 new TPMS valves for my BMW (plus programming!) and couldn't quite believe that UK Parts Direct could do me all 4, programmed and ready to go for the cost that they were offering. I shouldn't have worried, after having to reassure my mechanic he just fitted them and off I went and it worked lime a dream! No individual programming, the car just worked out which was which and all was right with the car once more! Brilliant stuff! Also, a good price on emergency next day shipping - overall an A+++ experience!

Excellent customer service. All my questions were answered regarding the TMP sensors for my car. Delivery was a bit interrupted by the courier service but after a call to UKPartsDirect this was resolved promptly and my ordered was delivered next day.

Good price for the product with very quick delivery. The product works as expected and was packaged well for delivery.

Had an issue with my TPMS on my jaguar XF where the sensor could not be found, had the new sensor fitted and within 15 minutes of driving the warning had gone, no hassle, no programming. Great service, well chuffed!

Icarsoft cr pro+ is a great diagnostic tool. I had multiple faults on my 2018Jaguar Fpace. It was easy to link to the vehicle and find the offending item to be a front abs sensor. I can see this will be a very valuable tool in the future. Timberhaul

Bought an icarsoft diagnostic tool, didn't do what the sales stated it would. Returned within 28 days only switched on to check working. Cost £17 postage to return and UK Parts Direct took another £21 off the return because it had been switched on once. DON'T BUY THIS IS A SCAM £21 OFF BY SWITCHING IT ON????How are you supposed to check it works?????

I have just fitted an ABS sensor on my Jaguar XJ8, works perfectly first time , I was also impressed with how fast it arrived, easy to order, well done everyone involved, & thank you.

Waste of time&money for me too.

I purchased a set of TPMS valves for my Porsche Cayman 981 (2013).
They’ve been fitted for 6 months and continue to throw up errors. I have to switch off + lock the car, then works again for a while.
When I first contacted them to raise my concerns I was advised there is a bluetooth problem, etc... After a while I contacted them again to advise the fault was still happening.

The original Porsche sensors work perfectly on my other (summer) wheelset, so the problem is not with the car.

I WAS IGNORED TOO, no more contact from their side.

Faulty product and service.
